Convenient location, pleasant and capable staff. Brandon is an excellent service tech. Only issue I experienced was a delay in sourcing parts from the Trek supply chain, obviously something out of the control of the local store.

The guarantee. The quality of the bikes & some of the fantastic colors. The variety and range of costs. The wide range of options (recreational, commuter, city, etc). Most of all some of the very best local mechanics and management service our Treks and we appreciate that.

Very friendly, helpful staff - knew exactly what I was looking for and had the item in stock. Very nice store/staff; always a pleasure to stop in. If you ride a bike, you should get to know this shop.

I had an emergency shifting issue. Store wasn't super busy so Brandon got right to it and actually needed to put on a new chain. I swear he is a 'bike whisperer'. My bike worked so much better even after the shifting issue was resolved. Also had a nice conversation with him while he was working on the bike. I LOVE the new layout of the store. It is so less congested with the fixit area away from the main cash registers. I also love the fact that Chris Ulane is interested in the community 'Safe Trails Initiative Omaha' plus doing trail cleanups. This is my go to bike store (lucky for me it is only several blocks away:)

Chris checked in my bike, was very patient yet thorough in making sure my needs or requests were met. I left feeling confident my bike was in good hands. Received an email several days later to tell me my bike was ready for pick up. When I arrived, everything I had asked to be repaired or installed had been done. I have not rode my bike yet any distance but it looks good and appears to be in working order. Friendly staff and promises kept will keep me as a return customer!
