Trek Omaha Midtown is simply an outstanding bike shop. They have been the catalyst to tremendous growth on our NICA team and mtb aftershcoool programming, supporting our bike and equipment needs through all the ups, downs, challenges, and new opportunities. They go above and beyond on the technical stuff but also have the customer service and human centered focus to help our parents and families, many of which are brand new to the sport, to address issues and support young rider success. That is an un-quantifiable help to our mission as a team and organization. Thank you to Chris and the entire team!!

Went by the shop because I had a huge thorn in my rear tire on my mountain bike. The mechanic removed it with tweezers and then sealed it all up nice and tight. We are both ready to get back on the trails thanks to Jeffery and the crew!

The service is local, the bike has an app to keep track of maintenance, miles, etc. The bike is amazing in Fontenelle Hills, the Townie electra took that hill like a boss!

Chris, Brandon, and the staff at Midtown are absolutely fantastic. They literally dropped everything they were doing to try to seat and install my new Pirelli P ZERO RACE tires on my Zipp rims, just so I could be done and back to riding ASAP. They truly went the extra mile by: 1. Redoing both tires to seat them perfectly. 2. Aligned the lettering on the tires to match up with the lettering on the rims, which was TOP NOTCH PROFESSIONALISM. They converted everything to tubeless, and did an excellent job. I just rode them today, and I actually like them better than my old Continental GP5K’s. Trek Midtown’s products are excellent, and I would HIGHLY recommend this place to any serious/PRO cycling enthusiast.
