Trek Bicycle Omaha West welcomes their customers with kindness and respect. I never feel like I don't "know enough" about bikes and am never talked down to like I am at other shops. Most of the shops are male dominated and I feel super comfortable and respected walking into Trek as a female. Plus, the level of attention & detail on their tune up was superior. HIGHLY recommend.

We made our purchases with Doug over the phone in January and picked up our bikes when we returned to Omaha. Doug was very good at explaining features and how to's. He helped us with the accessories we would need as well. I really appreciate the trail maps and the links to local bicycle clubs.
