This is the second time I needed repairs on my son's bike. Both he and I are unexperienced at bike maintenance, but both of the tech's who helped us were patient and eager to teach us. Even though you aren't close to us, we will happily make the "trek" to bring all of our bikes to your store. When my son is ready for a new bike, I am sure we will be buying from your store. Staff that will actually speak with you and not make you fell "sub-par" because you have an older bike. Store has more inventory in both bikes and accessories that most. The "discount" area is excellent (I'm like a kid in a candy store and usually do a spontaneous purchase).

Trek West Omaha has a great team of sales and service. I have been helped out with my purchases and service to my bikes several times. They have always helped get me on the road every time.

I went in to do an evaluation of if it was better to repair my bike or buy new. It turned out, it was better to repair my bike and they were able to help me with zero pressure to buy new. Highly recommend these people! They also taught me how to adjust my own bike so that I can do it and help adjust my son’s bike as well.
