The staff are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their trike maintenance and repair services are top notch. I like how they service trikes from brands other than the Catrikes that they sell. I highly recommend this shop to my fellow trike riders in Orlando. They too are pleased and become regular customers. It is nice to see a bike shop with superb staff that are doing things right!

The store staff, especially Mike, are very helpful! We are older and purchased e-bikes, and Mike was great explaining usage, maintenance, etc. Wr went back to purchase a bike rack to be able to transport our bikes, and Mike was super informative on which one to purchase, how it will work, etc. They also are going to install it on our vehicle, for us, as well! Highly recommend the College Park Trek shop!!
