Good morning, I had an AWESOME shopping experience at this TREK bicycle store. The Associate Mike approached me the minute I walked in and immediately offered assistance. Mike, was very professional and courteous he asked me several questions regarding what I was looking for in a bike, the surface type, model etc. he suggested a couple of models, and we were able to narrow down to my final purchase. He didn't try and UPCHARGE me to the newest and most expensive, wasn't overbearing. It was an easy purchase, I would highly recommend this TREK Location. Thank you
