Ordered new bike seat and had shipped to Hunters Creek store. Came in three days earlier than expected. Staff at store is very customer focused and I have to believe that riders develop a trust with the staff and return for all of their needs.

Felix was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He showed us all the available options for my 10-year-old daughter, including different sizes and colors, and took the time to make sure we made a well-informed decision. Once we chose the model, size, and color, Felix and his team quickly brought out the bike and assembled it while we waited in the shop. He also took the time to install an additional accessory we purchased and helped ensure the bike fit properly inside my SUV. Although Felix’s shop is far from where I live, it was absolutely worth the trip from Miami, and I will definitely be coming back for future business.
