Close location (although now it's closing!). Friendly and helpful staff- Asa assisted with unloading and loading my bike into my car each time I came by. They were able to replace and fix my brake pads, gears and back tire. I was able to take advantage of their 50% off moving sale, and luckily they had all the parts my bike needed. Very good customer service. Appreciate their time and work!

I’ve been looking at many brands and doing some homework for my first bike purchase in over 20-30 years. Honestly the prices of bikes now a days scares me but after hearing and doing my homework I understand more and just taking a spin at the store I had a little voice say “ this is the one “ it was a very great feeling almost like it was the part of me I’ve been missing back from childhood now that I’m in my 50’s. Besides the bike felt that it was very smooth and solid feeling like a perfectly constructed piece of machinery. The staff Scott and Asa at the Waterford Lakes location were so great and fun to talk to ,that made it and even better experience. Many thanks Marko

Love my Trek Domane SL5. Great bike, excellent build quality, a true pleasure to ride. All the staff at this store is welcoming and easy to talk to. They’ve made me feel like a friend from the moment I walked in. Even now when I go back, they remember me and always help me with anything I need.

Amazing customer service provided by Asa Evans. My wife and I wanted a few bicycles. Asa explained every different type of Trek bicycle and recommended the Verge 3. He even delivered the bikes.

I went into this shop for my first time on 3-21-25. Let me tell you the experience was amazing! I don't even think I can express in words how great the service was. I bought some used bikes from Market place to ride with my wife and friends. They put new tires, kickstand, bottle holders and Tuned the bike. We went on our ride with Winter Garden Trails on 3-22-25. Thanks to your team for getting us going so quickly. We love how the bike handled and definitely will visit your shop again as I plan on buying bikes for my daughter and son. Thank you all for the hard work. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Both our bikes needed servicing and we are so pleased with the service we received. They were quick and professional and we had our bikes just in time for the weekend to go on a ride. Will definitely use again - even for yearly maintenance. So happy.

The staff was Top Notch I dropped off a bike to get a tire fixed and they fixed it right on the spot I went across the street to Target came back and purchased a Trex bike for my wife. They were both very knowledgeable and assisted my wife and picking the right bike and letting her give it a spin around back to make sure it was the right bike for her very easy to talk to we purchased a few add-ons and they quickly installed them and answered all of our questions would definitely purchase from these guys again as they are top notch in service and sales I appreciate their patience and their communication and just general conversation top notch people. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely refer others to these two guys really appreciate it. Sorry but I am not very good with names or I would be listing them.
