Solid and attractive bikes, but my main reason for giving them a 10 out of 10 is the excellent customer service provided by Jake, who sold me the bike, and Kyle (not sure of name), the other blond guy who helped with the sale and with the service on my previous bike. Both very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I will recommend them to anyone. Customer service is key here!

I Love my new e-bike. Now I can keep up with my husband that rides a regular bicycle. He goes for 15 to 20 miles rides. I'm hoping to work up to that. By the way I'm still peddling. Great Solid product!
