Personable staff, great sale prices and the general cleanliness and brightness of the store feels higher end retail (although I also like a good dive restaurant/bar/bikeshop). Its just a pleasant place to be and the product quality on components and accessories is very high.

Tyler and Jake are great. I bought a bike from them to start back competing in Ironman and specially Jacksonville where my daughter is doing her first. I took the bike in for prerace tuneup and Jake found a fatal crack in carbon wheel which could have lead to crash and injury if left unattended. They took responsibility for working with Trek and securing a new wheel and even a back up plan in case the new wheel did not arrive in time. The empathy they expressed as I was stressed out about the potential for disruption to my race was great. Also, the gentlemen I spoke with at Trek ( Allendara- spelling is wrong), was amazing as well as he took responsibility over complicated logistics on their end and solved that problem. Overall, great experience and support, bike is ready, we will see if I am?
