Had a great experience at the Trek store! Walked in on a Saturday with a bike issue, and they fixed it quickly, allowing me to stick to my plans. The service was efficient and friendly, and I also picked up a couple of items at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

I visited several bike shops test riding bikes as I had narrowed down my hunt to 3 bikes from different makers. I bought from Trek based solely on the customer service experience. Truly incredible. Steven Gonzalez from Trek Oviedo spent hours educating me on what I was investing in, letting me try different bikes of different sizes, and answered all my questions with zero rush.
