I'm really happy with the Trek bike I purchased last year. Service is great, the under promise an dover deliver! I appreciate that they will deliver my bike back to my house.

As far as the two Verve 2's we purchased, we love the bikes. Functionality and rideability are everything we hoped for and we look forward to many years worth of rides.
While the bikes are great and I'm sure many others feel the same, what has set this endeavor apart from many other purchases has been the customer service and ongoing support and interaction with your Palm Desert, California manager - Dennis Colar. Having spoken with Dennis several times over the last six months, I've learned a little about him and his career path and his previous customer relationship and support work has him perfectly positioned as the GM of the Palm Desert store.
Our in-store experience with Dennis learning about the Trek bikes and followed by our analysis and purchase was quick, painless, and exceptional process. Like many other significant purchases, especially with things as sophisticated as the Verve 2, there was a hiccup or two along the way and the ability to contact Dennis and have it resolved quickly and easily was huge. The access to Dennis, his response time, and the results have all been superior and refreshing.
After setting the appointments to have our free, post-sale tune-ups completed, I punctured a tire and not only did Dennis take the time to explain how and why it happened, but he provided a solution that should prevent it from happening again. He picked up our bikes on schedule and delivered them back to us ahead of schedule . . . all repair and upgrade work completed at what I felt was very fair pricing.
When Dennis dropped off our bikes, I told him I'd be at the TDF in Paris in late July and that if he had a Trek Palm Desert t-shirt or jersey, I'd be happy to wear it and get him a picture from the TDF that he could use in an upcoming newsletter or something. He came through and I'll send him a few pics from the race.

The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They were very helpful picking out the correct bike for my son and when one of the parts broke they handled the warranty with no problems. Also, I took a friend in to possibly buy a bike, and they were very helpful even though we didn't end up purchasing it.
I was having shifting issues which I couldn't correct on my own and also wanted to check on reparing an older road bike. I left the bikes overnight and they were ready early the next morning. The shifting issues were fixed and they checked out what it would cost to being the old bike. The cost was excellent for the shifting issues and they gave a breakdown of rebuilding the old bike. They did a great job of spending time with me to answer my questions.
The staff is very friendly and the shop is modern and well stocked. I use this shop for all my bike needs, even though it's a further drive.
The man helping me was very knowledgeable and guided me thru picking the bike that fit my needs ...he was timely and thorough and assisted me with getting the bike in my truck .
I recently shipped my MTB out of state. The service from dropping off the bike, boxing and shipping was flawless.
