I was presently surprised the associate that helped me was VERY helpful. He listened to my needs, and accommodated them. He also provided additional expertise advice without prompt. The next time I need equipment, I’ll be sure this is my first stop. Ty 😁

The moment I entered the store, I was greeted and made to feel like I was family and valued, even just getting my dork disc off, tires inflated and pedals replaced. The front desk employee connected me to the Trek Ride Club app and showed me the new CV link in Palm Springs and other cities. When my brake started loosening the next morning, I brought it back and they tightened it up quickly and without any issues, and we so helpful, fast and knowledgeable. Didn't try to oversell, they were considerate, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, humorous and a great positive note in my PS vacation.

I was going to call and speak to the owner so I’m glad you sent this survey! I brought my Trek bike in for service on Tuesday and picked it up Friday! Wow wow wow you guys did an amazing job it’s literally like a brand new bicycle. I took it out fora 20 mile bike ride this morning ( I usually struggle doing 7 miles) you guys ROCK! Thank you for making me fall in love with my 11 year old bike again

I always receive the absolute best service every time I visit Palm Springs Trek. Wendy, John, Zach, Mitchell, and Matt are amazing people. They are friendly, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and fun!

The only reason I marked 9 of 10 is because of cost. I don't know if your service price is in line or not, but $300 to do a level two service and replace the cartridge and chain seems REALLY high. That said... every one of the staff with whom I spoke was friendly and professional and knowledgeable.

Took my old bike in for a repair, the technician showed me. each thing that need to be done on the bike. Took 2 new bikes out on test rides, the sales person fitted me and provided excellent customer service. It was very busy in the store and they both were very efficient!

The staff was very friendly, helpful and prompt as usual. I bought my bike here a year and a half ago and have been using their repair service for over 5 years on previous bikes. They usually provide same day service unless it is super busy, I would definitely recommend them for to anyone considering buying a bike or needing any services.
