Trek Palm Springs must have a hiring prerequisite that employees must so nice that you instantly feel like you are the most important friend in the world. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me choose the perfect bike for a guy of a certain age who has not been on a bicycle for years. Sensing my nervousness about test riding a bike Wendy joined me on a ride and talked me through a task that I used to be able to do as easily as walking or talking. I am now a very happy biker having ridden my first time this morning. I’m very grateful to the Trek team for making my dream of biking again a reality

I’ve owned several Trek bikes over the last 20+ years. They have always been very comfortable, reliable, and durable. I like bringing my bike into a Trek store because I’ve always found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable about my bike. This has become even more important for me now that I have a Trek e-bike.

I brought my bike in for service at about 2:30 PM and they said it should be ready by the end of the next day. Received a text at 4:30 PM that same day that it was ready. Amazing I never even had to miss a day of cycling. Repairs were perfect

I am fairly ignorant when it comes to biking. It’s been over 10 years since I’ve even sat on one. Recently purchased a non-Trek bike (FOCUS Planet) on fb marketplace. It’s in overall great shape, but i knew that due to my neck and back issues, I had to make some adjustments to the seat and handle bars. Zach at Trek not only explained everything in an easy to understand manner, but also showed patience with some of my somewhat clueless questions. This new to me bike will be a great re-introduction to biking but will eventually lead to an upgrade. Meanwhile I’ll be very confident that the team at TREK will take good care of me.
