Michael was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and more than anything pleasant and friendly to work with helping to find the perfect hybrid bike. I've been road cycling and competing in triathlons for 20+ years, and buying my 1st 'chill' bike was a great experience. Overall would buy here again without hesitation

I spoke with several of the staff before making my purchase, and everyone was friendly and helpful throughout. I finally pulled the trigger with Mike in sales, and Harry, the manager, was great to work with as well. My Trek Ponto Go S was delivered about a week ago, and I’ve been having so much fun cruising around ever since. It’s a great starter e-bike, perfect for both commuting and getting some exercise. Highly recommend the bike and the Paramus Trek team! ⚡🚴‍♂️
