When Trek took over this local location, I was skeptical. But the mechanic service has been outstanding, the mechanics and the store manager have always been very helpful and friendly. No upselling here, they are honest about what does, or doesn't, need repair. My only issue with the shop is that it is moving away from road cycling, and there is not a lot of clothing for sale and limited options on accessories.

From time walking in you're greeted by folks willing to help you. Every time I've visited the store was clean and had an organized feeling. The team was willing to assist in any way to even direct an individual to another store for help needed. I've taken my bikes there for service for the last four years and never been disappointed.

I had a great experience at Trek Bicycle of Parmer Lane! Caitlin was incredibly informative and patient—she took her time answering all of my questions thoroughly, and I never once felt pressured to make a purchase. Her knowledge and friendly attitude made the entire visit feel easy and comfortable. I also want to give a shout-out to Logan at the Research Blvd location, who helped me the day before. He was very helpful and actually recommended I check out the Parmer location, which turned out to be the perfect fit. I'm very pleased with my purchase and overall experience. I’ll definitely be recommending Trek to anyone I know who’s in the market for a new bike. Thanks again to Caitlin and Logan for the outstanding service!

I went in for service on a bike problem, and the service was outstanding. I will definitely go back for all my bike service going forward. My only suggestion for the store was that I wish they carried a larger inventory of other items. I was looking for a bike jersey. The selection was limited.
