Danton or Denton(apologies for forgetting his name!) but the associate that helped me buy my bike yesterday was awesome. He came up to me, was kind, patient, and very informed. Set me up with my Marlin for a test ride and didn't pressure me to buy on the spot. The bike he recommended was perfect, the price was great, and he made the experience enjoyable. I left without buying the bike.. At first, put it on hold, went to parking lot and thought about the experience and I went back in and bought my bike in full. He is the reason why I purchased it so quickly. 12/10 recommend the Cedar Park store. Very excited to use my bike and send others to my new Trek location!!

Staff are knowledgeable about products they sell and mechanics usually know their stuff. Convenient location. The experience at this Trek store and the Bee Cave one is stellar. I haven't been to the Lamar store yet.

High quality, great service department, relaxed floor staff/sales staff. Trex bikes are expensive but the quality is outstanding. I love that the sales staff is not pushy at all…. You can look and ask questions without feeling pressured to buy. We have 2 stash bikes and love them.

Very thorough review of the bike when I brought it in. They even identified a potential safety issue on my carbon wheel that another bike shop totally missed when it was rebuilt. They might have prevented a very bad crash so thank you for giving it a thorough review even though I only brought the bike in for a derailleur issue.

Very relaxed, yet attentive professional atmosphere. I knew what in wanted and my Trax agent showed me exactly what I asked for. He prepped the bike for me, and a little to my surprise, invited me to ride it around in the shopping center parking lot. I was hooked immediately. I’m in my 8th decade of life and really hadn’t been on a bike in 15 years. But, looking at the price, the quality, the service, I knew I had found what I was looking for; what I had missed for so long.

Helpful, honest - they’ll discourage work I suggest, down sell items that cost more and are less reliable because I don’t need that level of performance. They explain their thinking and let me decide what I want. They’ll toss in the extra at no charge on occasion. I feel like they want my business long term, keep things smooth for me today. I feel respected and valued. These guys are awesome.
