I’ve stopped by the Trek Palmer location a handful of times and I’ve never been let down. Each time I’ve gone in I’ve been met with friendly faces, knowledgeable advice and quality service. I know that each time I step in the store the crew will take care of my bike needs one way or another. Gamble and Ben specifically have been great to work with and will no doubt steer people in need in the right direction

I interacted with a gentleman who has a name tag that says gamble, i think this guy knew more about the bicycles and the developers of the bike did. He knew every single trail and exactly what kind of bike would work for what's in the local area. He had a great sales pitch for a bike outside of my price range, he was also able to point me to the right products I needed for my existing bikes. There's a great product lineup and a phenomenal bike mechanic.
