Customer service was amazing! I called to check on the status of my pick-up and the employee was very helpful and answered all my questions. Then when I went into the store to pick up my bike even though the store was busy I was helped right away and he helped me adjust my seat. This was my first time purchasing a bike and the process was easy and a great experience. I will definitely be back for when I need my bike serviced and any future purchases.

The service department was very knowledgeable and thorough. We took our 2 very old bikes in for a service, and they carefully checked the bikes out and made recommendations. We took most of them and are very happy with how our bikes ride. We will definitely come back to them! The staff were friendly, professional, and easy to work with.

Employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Always make themselves available. I go here occassionally for service and support. Sometime I purchase products since they do keep a large selection although I am not a Trek/Bontrager customer I like the other brand accessories, nutrition, and Rapa. :)
