The sales associates at trek in Pasadena were amazingly helpful. They went above and beyond to help me locate the bicycle I needed to replace the one I recently purchased that was lost in the Eaton Canyon fires. They even offered a discount because of the loss.

Everyone I have interacted with has been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had a bike shipped from an event from the east coast and forgot to give a heads up. They were able to re-assemble and get my bike ready quickly for pick-up. I also appreciate the messaging of inclusion at their store . . . it really helps during these trying times for marginalized communities.
