Store is open on weekends. Friendly and professional staff who go out of their way to answer questions and help out in any way that they can. Bought two bikes from them and will continue using them for service. Really like their Trade-in, Trade-up program.

This place is amazing. Remy Flores worked on my bike and went above and beyond. It would probably be impossible to find the same level of kindness and good work ethic at a different bike shop. Much less in LA. Everyone else working there is also so good and kind. This place gets an 11/10 from me.

I had a positive experience at this shop, particularly with Chris's assistance in adjusting my seat tilt for the Domane+. He was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable and took the time to show me how to change myself. His ability to quickly access information online for unfamiliar issues was impressive. The shop's friendly atmosphere and well-maintained environment are also noteworthy. Unfortunately, the shop does not offer bike fitting services. However, it would be a significant value-add if basic fit adjustments, such as saddle height, were done during the bike purchases. I found that my bike required a substantial saddle height increase of 2-3 cm and a tilt correction after I took it home, suggesting a missed opportunity for initial setup.

Absolutely stellar experience at Trek Bicycle Pasadena! From the moment I walked in, the store had a welcoming, professional atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. I was in the market for a new bike and had a ton of questions, but thankfully, I was helped by Faye, who truly went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Her knowledge of the products, attention to detail, and sincere passion for cycling made the entire process enjoyable and informative. Faye took the time to understand what I was looking for and patiently walked me through the various models, explaining the pros and cons in a way that was easy to understand—even for someone who isn’t super technical. She helped me test out a few bikes and made personalized recommendations based on my riding goals and experience level. Never once did I feel pressured or rushed, which made the experience even better. What truly stood out was her exceptional customer service. She made me feel like a valued customer and not just another transaction. She also followed up with helpful tips on maintenance and local group rides—completely unprompted. It’s rare to find that level of care and professionalism these days, and Faye absolutely delivered. If you're in the Pasadena area and looking for a quality bike shop with outstanding service, look no further than Trek Bicycle Pasadena. Ask for Faye—you’ll be glad you did!

Easy bike reservation process. pickup process was also very easy and staff answered any questions i had and even asked me a few. Let me test ride bike and were up front about possible future costs of tune ups and such.

The bikes and products are amazing and the support for the products are great, but even more importantly, the whole staff is exceptional. Kind, knowledgable, friendly, and great ambassadors for the world of cycling. Tremendous people!
