Offering a wheel to ride while mine was in the shop was totally unexpected and the best offer I’ve ever had from any service shop. Within minutes my cassette and brake were switched to the loaner -and within 2 hours I was out on my bike on the trails, enjoying the afternoon and happy to test a different wheel!

The staff at the Trek store were friendly, attentive, informative, and quite helpful. The in-store service was prompt and efficient and there was a timely email followup with specific details for two specialty products that I needed to acquire for a high-end bike that I was recently given. A very pleasant experience! Kudos!
