Staff is super friendly and helpful. Patient for those with tons of questions and educated on the products they sell so easily provide answers for customer questions.

The whole staff is really cool and Remy, Sean, and Chris really go the extra mile to make sure that you’re bike is set up or fixed properly. Also, they don’t try to sell you stuff that you don’t need. Their honesty is a great part of why you should do business there and come back!
The inside service was excellent. I was greeted the second time and remembered when I came to pick up my bike. The first day, it took a couple mins to get service, but once the service technician came-he was thorough and kind. We got waters while we waited as well. The turn around time was great.
I was to comment on the location as it is a concern. My first comment is I have been to Trek bike locations all over the country and so have seen several locations. In this particular location: on the first day, someone was driving through the parking lot quickly and was not looking out and we had our young daugter with us. The second day, we kept our daughter in the car and I only came in. When we were leaving, while backing up cautiously, a vehicle drove quickly towards our backend with the bike and then tried to swerve around us.
I have found in my experience in the parking lot that I have had a negative experience almost everytime I have been there.
My experience inside with the associates has improved and was excellent on this two day time. However, the experience in the parking lot has been less than ideal.
