Penrith trek staff is really helpful and store is amazing. I likely the person who suggested me and help me for service my bikes his name is Alli. No words to explain for him he is amazing person. I cannot say enough about the service I have received from the team at trek Penrith. From a really good test ride to get a feel for the bike, the advice and to top it up excellent backup after I purchased the bike ( Checkpoint ) . I know I have the team at Trek Penrith to back me up today and in the future. The bike is beyond my expectation and has lived up to all the reviews I have read and watched on You Tube .
