Your mechanic is extremely knowledgeable, relatable and fast. I was surprised that he was able to complete my repair on the same day. Your staff also went above and beyond when public transportation failed to get me to your shop on time, and they stayed late to make sure I could retrieve my bike from the shop. Since I use a bike for transportation, and I am transporting my son, as well, that dedication to your customers really makes a big difference in our lives. Please share my gratitude with your staff

I needed a water bottle holder for a bottle that wasn't a conventional size. Unlike the previous shop I had gone to, where an employee pointed to where the holders were and then turned his attention to another customer, at Trek I was warmly greeted, escorted to the section in question, and the salesperson offered to pick out the appropriate holder _and_ affix it to my bike for me. I rode away happy.
