Staff is competent, personable, and patient. Aa far as the products, I bought my Trek(FX3) 4 years ago and couldn't be happier with it. I'm 73 years old, bike a couple thousand miles a year, and don't expect that I'll ever need another. I'm a very "happy camper" !! Thanks !

Hala was absolutely AMAZING! From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and immediately tuned into what I needed. She didn’t try to oversell me—she truly listened and understood that I just wanted to enjoy my ride without the discomfort I’d been experiencing from saddle pain. Not only did she help me find a bib that fit perfectly, but it turns out it was on a mannequin! That didn’t stop her—she happily dismantled the display and insisted I try them on, even though I was already sweaty from a bike ride up from South Philly. On top of that, Hala went above and beyond by helping me locate a bike route I’d been having trouble finding, which gave me the perfect excuse to test out the new bib before heading home. I honestly wish I had more cycling needs at the moment, because I would absolutely make the ride back just to work with her again. When the time comes, I know exactly where—and who—I’ll be visiting.

Since purchasing a Domane AL4 from the Manayunk Trek store a few months ago, I have been impressed by the professionalism and supportiveness of the staff there. Whether I'm bringing my bike in for a tune up or buying some nutritional supplements, they have been unfailingly forthright, helpful, and kind.
