Duncan was a huge help. I was unsure what I was looking for, and Duncan helped take me through the different type of bikes and e-bikes. After taking one for a test ride he suggested I try the next size up. I’m glad he did, because I’ve now used it to ride to work on a regular basis. I love my new e-bike.

Duncan listened to what sort of riding I wanted to do and recommended a bike for me. He let me test ride another bike I was considering but his knowledge and expertise was soon evident as the bike he recommended was the one for me. He wasn’t pushy to sell me more but helped me get the gear I needed. I’m already planning and saving for the next stuff I’m going to buy from him and the team.
