Your employees are honest and passionate about their work. I inquired about new tires for my wife’s e-bike when I brought it in to repair a flat rear wheel. The service manager told me that the existing tires were actually better than the ones I thought would be better for the type of riding surface we generally encounter. While we waited for the repair to be completed we looked at safety lights and water bottles. Dave was very informative and helpful. I now have a place I can trust and you have a customer who will refer others to your business. With gratitude ~ Michael Morris

The Pontiac Trek store had the carbon fitness bikes we were looking for. The manager, Louis, was very knowledgeable about our bikes and added components to both bikes(kickstand, mirrors, computer, and bottle holder) at a discount.

The team at Trek Pontiac is always helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They will do their best to accommodate you, even in a pinch. No job is too big or small for them to take on. They continue to service my 20 year old Trek 730 and when I'm ready to purchase a new bike, they are my first and last stop as I'm confident they will steer me to the right bike based on the kind of biking I do and the amount of usage.
