Louis, Gabe and the crew are awesome guys and went above and beyond when purchasing my bike. This is my second bike from them, and will be visiting them for more in the future.
We had a great experience at Trek Pontiac yesterday. Louis was very friendly. He offered to show my teen son how to replace the tube on his bike wheel. This was a great experience. My son was very happy to learn how to replace a bike tube and feels that he will be able to do that again next time it needs to happen. Really great visit, thank you to everyone who was working.
Your products are very good but that is not what triggers my loyalty and trust. For many years I have gone to Trek in Pontiac, MI because they are knowledgeable, caring, do their best to understand my needs and don't try to up sell me. As a result, I trust them, I tell them more about what I want to achieve in my biking experience and they do their best to understand and help me. I also feel comfortable in referring others because I know they will be helped in the same way.
I understand as a company you need to sell a certain amount of product to both survive and thrive. But if your stores are great at selling and average or poor at service, you will get some sales but lose most of the customers and future business because no one likes to be sold, they like to be helped.
I am in business to sell also, but I know my clients won't do anything and they won't feel safe in sharing themselves until they trust I am there for them. You would think this is academic, but most companies don't behave in this way and end up losing.
I love that you don’t just service the serious bike riders. You also have gear for intermediate riders and every once in a while riders. Prices are competitive and products are of quality. I freaking love my Trek Verve 2. Makes me want to ride more often.
