As soon as I walked in, the staff made a great first impression, they were welcoming, easy to talk to, and clearly focused on helping me find the right bike. Instead of pushing high-priced items, they asked thoughtful questions about how and where I ride, which made the experience feel personalized and genuine. What really impressed me was their expertise and patience. David walked me through different bikes and accessories, breaking things down in a clear, straightforward way. At no point did I feel pressured or overwhelmed, he struck a perfect balance between being informative and giving me space to decide.

Everytime I stop in to Trek Pontiac, I am warmly greeted by the friendly, knowledgeable staff. It doesn’t matter if I am there for a $20 part or a new bike, I always have a terrific experience in this shop. It has the feel of a local shop that has been in the area for decades (which it has) with the resources of corporate backing. Great shop, cannot recommend more highly!

The Pontiac store has the and most helpful guys working there they always take very good care of my bikes. I live closer to another trek store, but I’ve referred to go to the one in Pontiac because of the service center is the best.
