They are fair prices, very helpful, and don’t try to sell you something of a higher price .
Commerce Michigan location in my experience is not customer friendly . I had once had an issue with bike tires and they reached out to return for a free complementary gift. After what I feel was an over charge- I’d called to inquire about the complimentary gift- she said I’m sorry i don’t know what it is.
I drove all the way there to be fair & think it was a water bottle not looking like the ones on display
I did not take it. I hope the Pontiac location is there forever as I’d never recommend the commerce location.

I went to the shop Saturday with two of my grown kids to get some needed safety equip and other accessories. Our salesman, David was very helpful with all the questions we had and gave us some very good tech info when it comes to fit and function for the stuff we were all looking for. I have been a bike rider going back to the early 80's riding BMX all over hells half acre and grew up loving going to the bike shop for upgrades. We will definitely be back for future parts and bikes.

Always helpful, timely service, friendly personnel who offer good unsolicited advice. I learned more about my bike rack from a casual observation by a helpful staff member than I knew after having used the rack for several years. (and my service had nothing to do with the rack!) These folks are great!

I ordered my Trek bike online to be delivered to Trek Bike Pontiac and the loveliest team help me get my bike set up and tuned to my measurements. They helped me select and install a few additional add-ons as well and were incredibly knowledgable and friendly.
Super excited to be part of the Trek family!
