Jason took the time to let me ask 100 questions with which he answered and engaged in conversation without being pushy or visibly annoyed at all…. Haha. I will be back soon with parts to turn my Scott gravel into a 1x no doubt. Great shop you guys got there. Keep it up. (Oh, also, they put up with my 3 year old the entire time causes chaos)

Trek store being full service shop, in addition to carrying accessories and new bikes. Customer reps at the Pontiac (Michigan) go out of the way to explain all bike features and other general guidelines for maintenance. Very satisfied customer.

I called into the shop and asked about 26 inch mountain bike tires. The gentleman that helped me said they did have some in stock, including the one I specifically asked about. When I came in, he had the tires pulled aside. Service was friendly, and I ended up speaking to two men who were working in the shop. Bolts were very accommodating and showed me a few other things that I might be interested in. I’m very happy with my purchase and the helpI was provided with.

Great customer service! Dave was wonderful working with my 7 year old and listening to her, making her feel heard. She loves her new bicycle, and feels confident using the gears and handbrakes (something she was not familiar with prior) because of Dave’s patience in teaching her.

Wonderful staff, they are generous and know their product inside and out. Very helpful, don't rush you. Buy a bike from them was a fun experience. I got the perfect bike for my needs. They really bend over backwards to make you happy.
