Excellent service from start to finish. Tom was fantastic, offering helpful advice and honest opinions in a friendly, non-pushy way. Being able to test ride multiple bikes was a huge plus and ultimately helped me choose the right one. The aftercare from the team has also been outstanding. I couldn’t recommend Trek Bikes—especially the Poole team—more highly.
