Always been a big trek fan, nice to have a dedicated shop in the area. Staff always helpful and knowledgeable 'problem solvers'. Trek Poole very supportive of younger riders with my daughter being 'sponsored' last year which meant so much to her. Happy to send friends and colleagues to tgge shop with them all satisfied with their service and purchases.

At the Poole Trek store Matt who helped me choose the right bike and gear, and Tom and Alex who helped me get set up, were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I’m new to the world of biking and tried other shops in the area but found staff didn’t seem interested or take the time to explain things to me clearly. My new Checkpoint bike has been fantastic so far and I couldn’t recommend Trek bikes enough.
