Brilliant professional team and immensely helpful.Great deal and fantastic customer service when I bought a Trek bike a year ago and they returned my bike in as new condition following the one year service this week. Lovely well stocked shop and I couldn’t be happier with the attitude of the staff.

Extremely good service from the friendly guys in here. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Most importantly not pushy and trying to get you to buy the next model up when you don’t need or so many accessories you end up spending twice as much as you wanted. I bought my bike on the cycle to work scheme and the whole process at the shop was very smooth. Will be getting all my bikes serviced here from now and will pop back for any extras I may need.

Always been a big trek fan, nice to have a dedicated shop in the area. Staff always helpful and knowledgeable 'problem solvers'. Trek Poole very supportive of younger riders with my daughter being 'sponsored' last year which meant so much to her. Happy to send friends and colleagues to tgge shop with them all satisfied with their service and purchases.
