Highly professional and friendly staff, well stocked shop and beautifully prepared bikes. Matt and Alex went the extra mile in helping me to select, size and prepare the bike of my dreams. I am very happy with the final product and would wholeheartedly recommend Trek Poole to anyone looking for great advice, attention to detail and wonderful customer service. I cannot speak too highly of the team and Trek bikes.

I took my bike in for its first service and they did it while I waited, as I live some miles away. the staff were so friendly, offering me a selection of drinks and some biscuits and a quiet place to sit. I was joined by the store Manager, Alex, who took time to talk to me about my rising experience and to offer useful training tips for an up coming long distance charity cycle ride. Cannot recommend the Trek Poole store enough!

Buying bikes for the children, I liked that the consultant spent the time asking the boys what they would be using the bikes for rather than the ones they thought they wanted. Yes it did cost a bit more money but probably means I wont have to buy another one when they break them. Consultant was friendly and professional. Also liked the engagement and events offered by Trek.
