The bike is exactly what I wanted. When I collected it I was given a good explanation of how to adjust suspension settings how to remove the front wheel and adjust the seat height. The service I received was very good and helpful.

Recently purchased a bike from the Trek Poole website. The following day, received notification from the shop advising bike was ready to collect once a convenient time had been arranged. On arrival, staff set up bike, fitted peddles and talked through purchased package. They even helped to load the bike into my car. Professional yet warm. Thank you.

Smart store which had the parts I needed to fix an already purchased cycle. I also took another Trek in without a booking and the guys looked at it and advised what was needed to make an upgrade without hesitation. Then just to prove they are decent they held onto my cycle for an hour to secure it whilst I went into the town. Great Service!
