I first attended Poole Trek for the international women’s day ride in March this year. And was blown away by the inclusiveness and friendliness of everyone there. When it came to buying a bike they were my first choice, and I m pleased I went there. Service and knowledge from the whole team especially Mark wax fantastic….. Will add not sure how he kept a straight face when I asked about inner tubes for the new bike (it’s tubeless!!!!)

The service at Trek poole is fantastic. You are always greeted with helpful and happy staff. I have always been provided with the information and guidance I needed. They helped me choose the right bike for me on my budget after three months of me popping in the shop, and not once did I feel like I was inconveniencing anyone's day. The addition of letting me try a bike for the day to make sure it was the right desision was a great touch to the service. The knowledge and expertise really shows when discussing intricate problems and everyone I've met working there have been extremely approachable. Thank you.

Unbelievably professional and customer focussed. The quality and integrity of the staff at the Poole branch is truly impressive- a total credit to their company. They took time to listen , provide advice and supported me through ongoing updates throughout the purchase process. If the rest of their organisation is as good as the staff in the Trek Poole store then I would recommend Trek to anyone thinking of buying a bike or kit.
