My 1120 frame broke on 4 places. Contacted Trek, took it into Poole. Bike was signed in and a full warranty was honoured. New Frame, bike rebuilt and back into action in a week. Very impressed and grateful to how I have been treated and and a stressful disaster resolved. Impressive. Thank you
