The products at TREK of course are wonderful. The service is fanastic too. Even if it's a small issue, they take the time to do the repairs. They also have maps of super areas to bike and hike. TREK really supports physical fitness and getting out in the great outdoors.Thanks TREK ♥.

The products are beautiful and there are not too many options, which actually makes it easier to decide. However, Trek really shone because of the service we got in the store. She was just the absolute best. No upselling or pushing. But made sure we covered all the bases and was responsive to my daughter’s needs. Loved the experience so much i also bought a bike for myself. I feel really lucky for the experience i had here

Staff are very helpful and respectful. Each time I take my bike in for service, someone opens the door, asks what I am bringing it in for, and then directs me to the service counter. The service staff are very helpful and patient. They answer all my questions. And, while they are often very busy, I have never felt rushed.
