Kevin was awesome to deal with, super knowledgeable and took the time to narrow down which bike was the right for me. He was also very up front on what accessories I needed and what can be purchased at a later point as I get more comfortable. He never rushed or pushed for the sale, he genuinely seemed like he cared about what I was looking for and that's not common in todays retail business.
