Quick and attentive service. Dropped into the store to pick up replacement inner tube. Didn't have to leave the front desk as sales associate retrieved inner tube for me. In and out in a few minutes. Nice.

The staff are caring, incredibly informative, and highly customer focused. The gentleman that fixed my daughter’s bike told us that “they just want to see riders back on the road”, his care and attention showed that he genuinely meant what he said. The products at TREK of course are wonderful. The service is fanastic too. Even if it's a small issue, they take the time to do the repairs. They also have maps of super areas to bike and hike. TREK really supports physical fitness and getting out in the great outdoors.Thanks TREK ♥.
