I went into the Port Coquitlam Trek store to buy a bike to get started in road biking. Everyone in the store, especially Tessa were very helpful in helping me navigate my purchase. They helped select which parts and components I would need and explained the differences between parts and which ones made the most sense to choose. They put my bike together when it came in and attached all of the accessories that I had selected and helped me get fit to the bike and went over the basics for what I would need to know. Overall everyone was very helpful and I would gladly recommend this location to anyone looking into getting a new bike!

Have been getting all my service done at Trek since I bought my bike & years ago. Bike is running smoothly ever since. Any issues that may occur or even just an adjustment here and there they do promptly while you wait, That hasn't happened much. Good work
