The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful finding me the right size and set up of my new gravel bike. She made many adjustments to get it right and took the time to explain what she was doing. They weren’t pushy at all to purchase. They also price matched the bike and accessories from other shops. Owen was knowledgeable and kind when helping my daughter get sized for a new bike. He helped her find all her accessories and worked really hard to get the initial checks done quick. Trek got us set up same day (on a Saturday) to get her out on her new bike ASAP! She loves it and says thank you!
