Bringing in my Trek bike for scheduled maintenance was awesome. I requested if they could do everything possible to have it ready for my commute on Monday and to my surprise it was great the same afternoon. The technician even washed it. I would highly recommend this particular store. Everyone from the very beginning in searching for an e-bike to accessories was extremely helpful and didn't just say or point to products. The employees and store manager knew exactly what they were selling and assisted in the best selection they had. The accessories that had to be ordered were done as quickly as possible. I would once again like to thank the whole crew at the store. They don't just work there. They all care about their jobs and are exceptionally knowledgeable.
