Trek bikes are always the best . I am so happy about getting my new e-road bike . Trek Bicycle Slabtown store is conveniently located and staff members are very approachable and communicative. I am very happy about their quality job for assembly of the bike and giving me all the explanations and help.

Down to earth staff, easy to talk with about any topic, very helpful with their recommendations. Products may be a little pricey, especially with trump tariffs, but I love having Trek gear since it matches so well with my Madone.

Dan Gaston helped me and was super helpful. He was knowledgeable, informative and personable as we replaced (and upgraded!) my bike computer system. I wouldn’t have made the purchases had it not been for my experience with Dan.

Trek has been fabulously responsive to every concern I've had regarding my relatively new ebike. That said, I am not entirely sure I didn't get a lemon, and as a cyclist who mostly rides on the road, I am disappointed in the noises my ebike makes. It rattles no matter how many times it's tightened, and rattled on the way home from my most recent service where the motor and battery were tightened to spec.

The staff at this location are fantastic and they're the reason I keep coming back. While I have had some issues (like parts failing much quicker than expected), the folks here always make it right and their service is friendly, quick, and thorough.
