I appreciate the individuals that work there and help address the bike questions I have. I always like the work Trek does and recommend them to everyone. I have an old bike and the only thing I endure at every bike shop is kind of a vibe like the bike is so old I should upgrade. Aside from most of the reason being financial I am not doing anything right now that I need to spend a few grand on. There needs to be less undercurrent of pointing that out. It's ok, Im used to it, but feel like it always happens. Believe me if I had the$$ why not. I also don't feel shame for using something that I have.

The bike we had seen online had just arrived and was still in the box when we came to check it out on a Saturday. The crew put it together for me within a few days! Not only that, they installed new pedals and a water cage. Now, I have the e-bike of my dreams! Thanks, T and Trek!

I have always had great customer service when shopping in store. All services on my bicycles have been very good. Service manager and technicians have been enjoyable to work with. I own 4 Trek bicycles and will continue with the brand for my next purchases.
