I and my father (now me on his behalf) go to the Hollywood store. All the staff are awesome! They are very knowledgeable and very patient when I have questions. I just can't say enough nice things about the folks who work in the shop. They do great work and are very kind and flexible. Thank you for helping me keep my commuter bike and my father's bike safe for him to ride too! For me the focus on products is affordable and practical, i.e., anymore these days I am primarily a commuter. Please give all your staff raises, additional benefits, and share this note with them!
