I am an experienced cyclist and used to work in the industry. But i'm an old guy now who just needs something from a bike shop now and then. At the west moreland store I have always been met with respect And a staff that can read the room. Not so much at other bike stores in the neighborhood...

Brian is fantastic! He listened to what we were hoping for for our daughter’s first grown up bike. He helped us keep to our budget. This is our second time going back to this location for our family’s bikes and we did so solely because of the service Brian gave. He’s a gem that you should value! Thanks a lot for everything! I bought a smart trainer, and Jack, mechanic, took the time to make sure I understood how to adjust my shifter between the trainer and the bike. I've been riding seriously for 40 years, and this is the most time a mechanic ever took to explain something.

My experience was wonderful! I forget my salesman’s name but he was super helpful, answering questions and explaining differences between models. Was absolutely a 10/10 I’ll be letting everyone know!

Service center is always friendly and helpful. The selection of products is not great: everything is Bontrager. But they have a Bontrager version of what you’re looking for.

The crew at Trek Westmoreland is so good, I gladly drive two hours for service and maintenance. Sterling, Jack, Brian, and the rest, make the difference. They are committed to being professional, courteous, and above all, experienced and knowledgeable. The Westmoreland shop would be a good case study in how bike retail should work.
