Your team, service tech (and manager?) were amazing. I was in a pinch, with my teenage son leaving for a two week bike tour that evening. We had unexpected issues with the limited tire clearance associated with his 700cc wheels + gravel tires. My budget forced solution was to buy a 650b wheelset off of Marketplace. After buying them, I realized that getting them assessed by a professional tech would be key before installing tires and sending him on his way. They heard my concerns and allowed me to bring them in for an assessment. Fortunately, they checked out beautifully. With confidence, I was able to buy additional tubes and accessories to complete the 650 transition, which was perfect! Thank you!

My wife bought a Trek bike in the mid 1990’s and still rides it to this day, I’ve always been impressed with the comfort and quality of her bike so last year I ditched my old 1989 Soecialized Hard Rock that I’ve had since I was 13 and bought a new Trek Versa 2. I was thrilled with the quality and comfort! This year my oldest daughter needed a new bike so we didn’t hesitate to go to our Trek dealer. We picked out a gorgeous Versa 1 and they couldn’t have been more accommodating for us! They installed accessories ie, fenders, kickstand, and water bottle. My daughter was so excited. They were so friendly, calm and low pressure. We definitely will be coming back for when our youngest daughter needs an upgrade!

Stephanie was amazing! She spent so much time with me helping pick out just the right bike, helmet and accessories. I had a pretty bad experience at the Happy Valley location earlier that day, which made me hesitant to try another location, but I'm really glad I did. Nathan was also incredible and did a wonderful job getting my bike ready and installing all the accessories. Thank you guys so much for everything.

Westmoreland service dept is super friendly, knowledgeable, and will work on my non Trek ebike, reasonable prices, availability, and turn around time as well

Brian was really helpful providing information about purchasing a bike. I test drove several bikes and was not rushed. The only hiccup was they didn't have the one I wanted to buy so they had to source it from a different store which had its own issues. They got the bike in and called to let me know it was ready. Overall a decent experience.
