I appreciate how the trek staff collaborated with me to find and order parts that would work with my repair needs. The tire that I needed wasn't a typical size they carried in store but they were prompt and supportive when I wasn't sure if my bike could be serviced, and they offered me solutions that would make the bike even better than before. I go to Westmoreland Trek for all my tune ups and repairs. The mechanics are super helpful. They have given me great tips on maintenance and how to address issues like rotor rub when I travel with my bike. They keep my bike at peak performance. They have never given me a reason to go anywhere else.

The repair shop is awesome. Beyond excellent service and repair there’s good advice on what needs to be done now or later or even not at all. I appreciate that transparency and honesty. I love that I can walk in anytime for little tweaks and adjustments free off charge.

I more impressed with Trek's Customer Service, no matter the issue or the situation, They know how to take a look at Your needs and find the right fit, not only with Their amazing bikes, but with Their Parts and Service, even if Your bike isn't a TREK bike, They know how to diagnose what is wrong and put You back on the road quickly and efficiently.
