The team is knowledgeable and friendly. Helped me crack the rim seam on a tire that was stuck. Didn’t really need to, but I bought an inner tube anyway, since your mechanic was so friendly.

Peter was respectful and helpful. I am older and sometimes the younger folk are less than helpful to folks who don’t fit their idea of a bike rider. We should be encouraging everyone to experience the fun and fitness of riding.

Shawn in the bike service department is fantastic! He did a great job on my bike and even spent time with me teaching me how to pump up my shocks on my mountain bike. We have a fleet of bikes and trust Trek staff to maintain them. We’ve always had great experiences with store staff they go above & beyond!

I brought my bike in for its first annual tune up. The staff is professional, competent, and gracious when helping me learn more about my relatively new bike. It has been a joy to have this wonderful bike and know it is backed up by great staff.

Very helpful in picking out a bike for our 4 year old daughter on her Birthday. There isn't much for options at that age but I really appreciate the trade in program he told us about. So we plan to be back when she outgrows this bike and needs the next size up.

I’ve purchased four Trek mountain bikes, and all of them have been fun to ride and trouble free (other than normal wear tear). Trek or Bontrager clothing, tires, grips, etc have also been long lasting and reliable.
