Brian Combs spent an appreciated amount of time answering questions and prepping two bikes for me to demo. Haven't had that great of a customer experience since the heydays of the old Nordstrom stores.
I didn't feel like I didn't fit in or wasn't welcome even though I am a 74 year old woman with an etrike. The person who helped me was able to interpret my non bike language and found the problem and fixed it. He didn't even charge me and gave me an email receipt so I have documentation if needed for my trike warranty. He was great!
The service folks are great! I brought my bike in on Saturday morning hoping they could work on it in time for a trip beginning on Monday morning. Even though they were backed up with work, they got it done that day!
Your employee took the time to explain how to replace the sealant in my tubeless tires, which I had not done before. Appreciated that he explained everything and the items I needed do to this at home.
