Your employee took the time to explain how to replace the sealant in my tubeless tires, which I had not done before. Appreciated that he explained everything and the items I needed do to this at home.

I appreciate the service the Trek mechanics provide and the friendly way in whch they interact with me. They are incredibly knowledgeable about Trek bikes (of course!), quick to identify problems, skilled at explaining repair options in terms I understand , and to get whatever work is needed done in a timely manner.

Trek Westmoreland is an extremely well managed business. The store manager, Sterling, runs an efficient and courteous store. The mechanics are top-shelf and repairs are made quickly and very reasonably priced.
