Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. I went in with my wife to purchase a gravel bike and Whitney was very helpful and basically spent at least an hour with us while I test rode several bikes multiple times and finally pick one out. We never felt rushed or pressured as Whitney shared a lot of experience and knowledge with us. We have bought many bike over the years from this store and have always been more than satisfied!

Whitney and Mark were extremely helpful and made sure I had my dream bike and all the accessories I needed! Whitney was super patient and answered all my questions while I tried a whole bunch of bikes. She even put in great effort to get me the color I wanted from a different store! Mark helped me choose accessories and even made sure the fenders and kickstand were put on on for me before I left the store! I am very impressed with the Trek's quality and customer service and I will be back! Thank you!

I was greeted seconds after arriving and was asked what she could help me with. From beginning to end I was treated to great customer service. She even went into storage to find what I was looking for. My son bought a bike here and I bought a helmet. I would highly recommend this store to all bikers. 5 stars.

They were extremely helpful and fast. I am on the road, cycle tourism, traveling all 50 states. They helped me at the last moment on a Sunday. Even the price of repairing my bicycle was fair. I was very impressed with the store and its employees.
