After years of putting it off, Whitney was able to walk me through a bike and equipment purchase with ease. She answered all my questions and was super friendly and knowledgeable. She even delivered the bike and came back to change the inner tube that was a lemon. She also helped me select and install a bike rack on my sedan. She’s delightful!

Everyone in the store is patient, fun and super nice. They know what they're doing and helped me figure what I really need. They encouraged me (multiple times) to bring my bike back for adjustments after one month. They extended the same courtesy for my rebuild as they would for a purchase. Pros.

I highly recommend Trek Bicycle Store of Pottstown. They are a welcoming and highly knowledgeable shop, and their team has exceeded expectations on every visit. Store Manager Whitney, in particular, has made every member of my family feel valued and comfortable. She is approachable and takes the time needed to ensure we are informed, confident, and excited about our decisions. We always felt comfortable asking questions and exploring our options, and her attention to detail—especially when fitting my children with the right equipment—was exceptional. My family stopped in on a busy Saturday to get our teenager's first good bike. Whitney was fantastic! Patient, extremely knowledgeable, kind. Took all the time we needed to walk us through our options, allowed our child to test ride multiple bikes, she even showed us how to use the bike rack that was on her personal vehicle. We had intended to shop around. But Whitney was so wonderful that we bought a bicycle that very day! HIGHLY recommend!

Personalized Customer service from the management. Whitney Hohl took a genuine interest in my particular needs and limitations as a Sr. rider rejoining the sport. She made the purchase experience and concerns about spending a significant amount of money an enjoyable process.
