Always very informative, efficient, quality work and products, and friendly. They treat our teenage son like any other customer when he is there on his bike. He has never had a negative expirience.
My family stopped in on a busy Saturday to get our teenager's first good bike. Whitney was fantastic! Patient, extremely knowledgeable, kind. Took all the time we needed to walk us through our options, allowed our child to test ride multiple bikes, she even showed us how to use the bike rack that was on her personal vehicle. We had intended to shop around. But Whitney was so wonderful that we bought a bicycle that very day! HIGHLY recommend!
Personalized Customer service from the management. Whitney Hohl took a genuine interest in my particular needs and limitations as a Sr. rider rejoining the sport. She made the purchase experience and concerns about spending a significant amount of money an enjoyable process. She listened to my story and made sure I got into a bike that I would be happy with, and I am!

Since I am in my "twilight" years, and haven't ridden in years, I had quite a few questions and he was also very helpful in answering. I felt like I mattered, and wasn't just someone to quickly get out the door in order to assist other customers who might bring in more money.
I have no idea how Trek's costs compare with other bike shops, but I will be going back to them if/when I need something else.
