The sales rep was very knowledgeable and patient with me and my daughter. Even letting her try multiple bikes and went the extra mile to make sure she was completely comfortable with the bike. He also made sure she had all the proper safety equipment too to keep her safe. Awesome job!

Helpful staff, occasional sales on service too. For my most recent repair, it took longer to get the part than expected, and the shop did not pro-actively communicate that to me. Following that, they did get the work done a bit quicker than the (second) promised date.

Great service. Very thorough and honest. I had two bikes serviced and was fully aware of what needed to be done and how much it was going to cost. The turn around time was extremely fast even on a holiday week. The employees went above and beyond.
