The in-store staff were helpful, attentive, and very knowledgeable. They fulfilled my requests for getting my bike together and even drove it to my house when they completed the work. I'll be returning again soon for continued service and product purchases!

From everything I see at the store, it has high quality well made bikes and accessories. Above that, the staff at the Pottstown, PA location at Upland Square are top notch. Very attentive and knowledgeable. Very happy to have a new bike from them. Have already taken two 20+ milke rides with it and LOVE it! I also do have a history of service for my other biles from them that yielded the same kind of attentiveness and expertise.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and listens to what we like, prefer, and will do with our bikes. We did not feel pressured, we felt informed. Also, we were told that the construction of our new bike would take about a week. It was ready the next day!
