Trek bikes are of the highest quality, and they’ve worked to make them lighter and more streamlined with a more modular approach to building bikes that are customized to my needs. I’ve been especially pleased with their in-store service, both in Toronto and New York. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable about the product and don’t oversell on unnecessary add-ons.

The Trek team completed installation and safety check. The job was done professionally and in promised time. Owen was a good listener who reviewed the safety check results and made important and reasonable recommendations. The entire experience was very pleasant and efficient.
