You guys should have cycles for rent so peoplecan know how great the Trek cycles are and maybe start a cycle tour of Toronto to promote the city and the brand. You should have cycle repair and maintainance classes too.

Great staff, knowledgeable and eager to help. On this occasion your Service Manager Owen was great and went the extra mile to come through for me so my biking plans didn't have to be altered. So combined with a great product I've been very impressed with my overall experience at the Trek Store.

The bike assembly was promptly even though I ordered it online, love the quality of the bikes. Only downside is that I didn't receive a notification or SMS from the store just the online order received email from the website, wish I would have received a message acknowledging the store was working on the assembly, that way I wouldn't have shown up after the day it arrived, waited for it to be ready or rushing out your processes. Last note, my girlfriend got the same bike (FX+2) from the store and it came with a bell, mine did not, which makes me wondering if something is missing.

This was my first time shopping at Trek. Staff were super friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. There was no attempt to upsell and the staff member actually agreed that I was better off buying a cheaper product that was suited to my intended usage. I'd recommend these folks to anyone in a second.

. I love the idea/ability to give a free quote as this further helps to boost my understanding of the general mountain bike - I have lots to learn/catch up on . Products that you provide to customers (sell) - I had to purchase brand new pedals for my bike the other day. The old pedals are very standard in which these new pedals emit a modernized look

I have bought my last two bicycles here and continue to have them serviced at Trek Queen West. They provide a nice range of products and parts. I am a particular fan of Bontrager parts (such as tires), which deliver good quality at a nice price. The staff at Trek Queen West are friendly and get the work done promptly. Anytime that I have needed some special assistance, such as warranty work, the store staff have come through for me.
