The staff members I spoke to were helpful and friendly and not at all pushy to buy.
I really liked the store layout and design. I would call it simple elegance.
It was also interesting to see staff members have a humours exchange with a couple of Purolator delivery people. It confirmed they were good outcoming customer service / sales representatives.

Got me back on the road before the day was out much to my relief, and the deft result, requiring a bit of flexibility and creativity, is even better than the original situation before any fix was required.
