Was helped quickly and efficiently. In and out in under 10min and supported to find a helmet that actually fits. Last shop that supported fitted me with a helmet that was far too loose. Now I feel much safer and happy! Really friendly folks too 😁

Quality work - i.e. - annual spring tune up on my (now) 25 year old bike has been just what was needed to safely ride my bike during the warm weather months. This year, my bike was ready about 1 week before I was told it would be (a pleasant surprise)! Courteous, knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff

Previously, I enjoyed the three times that I bought a TREK 7000. Perhaps some day I will have more extra money and will buy the least expensive Trek at the Queen Street store. Please send a list of the three least expensive bikes, every once in a while. Thank you.

This place always surprises me. For a big chain, it's run like a neighbourhood bike shop (this is a good thing). Service is friendly, helpful, and quick. Staff are often able to hop on quick repairs and never make me feel like I should have known how to do something myself. Pedro helped me out last time and he was awesome!
