Pedro was very helpful, and expedited the tune up (I dropped it right before closing and it was done the next day) so I could take the bike out for a long ride I was planning - bike is riding beautifully after the Level 2. Everyone at Trek seems very knowledgeable and friendly! Thanks so much!
