For several years my interaction with your business has been to get a "spring tuneup" for my ancient mountain bike. I always make it clear that, given the age of my bike, I am not interested in spending a lot of money on these tuneups. As has been the case for the past several years, my interactions with your staff have been very positive as they have been knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The actual "spring tuneups" have been very effective, quality work. That's why I keep coming back year after year. And, when I do decide to purchase a new bike, it's highly likely that I will buy it from you

Excellent staff and facilities. Indicated that I wanted a 16” Bike for my daughter with all the bells and whistles. The representative then outfitted the bike with the water bottle and holder, bell, fender… I was extremely pleased. Then proceeded to take the bicycle to my vehicle. Thanks for an exceptional experience.

They were very nice and professional. I had problems with the bike after sending it in for a level 1 tune-up. And after contacting them about the issue, they offered a rebate, and also offered to take the bike back to re-tune it.. When I told them it was difficult for me to get to their offices (3 hour trip), they were able to accommodate me by allowing me to come in during the week whenever I could and they'd tune it while I was there so I didn't have to make multiple trips. I just came back from them with my bike re-tuned. It was great, ty!

Excellent service and great communication. Jake was particularly great to deal with in working through the complexities of a compatible cockpit upgrade for my Trek Madone. Owen did a perfect job installing my new SLR cockpit as if my bike came with it from the factory. I highly recommend for both customer service and technical competence.
