I bought a GO Townie at the Prahran store some years ago, which is now closed. It was a great store. I love my bike and I was quite sad! However, I found the other Trek Stores just as good. Yesterday was the first time I used the QV Store - I need to find a new place for bike servicing and repairs. I rang and the telephone guidance was excellent. I brought my bike in and had the best, most efficient service. The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful. What I really like about Trek staff, is that when I ask a question, they always answer me clearly in a way I can understand. Sometimes places give you the runaround, which I hate. This makes the honest and friendly service of this store really stand out. You need to know that you have great staff and I always recommend Trek to my family and friends. Congratulations on running such a great business.

Service is always thorough and respectful.
I am a 62 year old purely recreational rider and have been in bike shops where only the competitive and fully immersed riders with very expensive bikes are explicitly welcomed. This has never been my experience at Trek QV.
Trek QV has always treated me, as a customer, with the utmost respect. My bike, similarly, is repaired professionally and comprehensively on all occasions.
I just wish they weren’t always so busy. But that comes with popularity built of good service.
