We had a very helpful sales associate, Kenneth on 5/22/26 at Holly Park Trek. He helped us to practice with the new heavy-duty lock in a very patient way. When my son's Trek was stolen, we naturally went to the Trek store to replace it, because our family had the same Trek bikes for more than 20 years (never broken, just stolen). It is great that Kenneth was willing to take extra time with us.
