I think the biggest factor is the staff.

The staff was so very friendly and willing to discuss my interests and the bike that would be the best for me. Here is why this is so important: I had went to another bike shop in Raleigh before going to Trek. They said they could not help fit me with a bike and referred me to some guy. I was out biking by 2:00 pm that day thanks to the great team that helped me.
