The young man who assisted me with the purchase of cycling shoes was very knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. The store had a good variety of merchandise and I found a great deal on my first pair (ever) of cycling shoes. He also gave me free advice on some possible new pedals for my bike that would allow me to clip in or ride using flat pedals.

Fantastic service and friendliness. Had a mountain bike from my time long ago in Colorado. Needed a new one, came into the store, explained my bike history and what I was interested in currently, and the Trek guys were great in putting me on a new bike. Really happy!

Kudos to Matt, who is a very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful sales person. I received excellent guidance during each phase of the purchase, from the selection of the bike to the extra time spent adding accessories and making adjustments at pickup. To top it all off, the bike arrived from the warehouse faster than expected, Yes, I would gladly recommend this Trek store to a friend looking for a bike.

I walked into the store with a few preferences in mind, and Matt made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish.
