I was totally blown away by the friendly yet professional demeanor of the gentleman that I worked with at the TREK store in Raleigh. Lars, the sales rep at the front of the store, was super friendly and helpful. He even helped me move my bikes in and back out of the shop. The technician that I worked with in the back was phenomenal and did a quick check over of both my bikes beyond the specific issue that I was having with the brakes. I was 100% satisfied with my experience at this bike shop, and will no doubt return in the future. I can’t recommend this bike shop strongly enough!

Mostly I have only come in to have a bike serviced. The guys that work here are friendly and knowledgeable. I have enjoyed there down to earth style and also showing me some tips and tricks. Highly recommend. Most recently the bike tech was named Matt and he was outstanding.
