I would give them an 11 if that were on the scale. Their customer service is off the scale positive. Their attention to the customer, their service and their love of bikes made it an exciting experience to buy from them. I have already recommended them to my family and will to my friends. They made the process easy. They asked about some basic necessities that we might need such as an adjustment tool and helmet, but they were not pushy. Website was accurate as far as stock. They even explained the kids trade up program and let my child try the bike in store. They came through for us after multiple attempts to get this particular bike fell through.
