This was my first experience with Trek Bicvycle Raleigh Holly Park, and I will NEVER take my bike anywhere else to have it worked on. My front derailleur broke, and I also needed an indepth tune-up. I was greeted by service manager Joel when I walked in, and he is absolutely the best! I can't brag about him enough. Friendly, engaging, proactive, and most of all, an expert mechanic in his own right who seeks to provide exceptional service to Trek's cudomers. Joel and his expert service team installed a new derailleur on my bike, and gave it an incredible tune-up. It now rides smooth as silk, and I can't thank everyone at Trek enough for the fine service they gave me. They can be sure I will brag about them every chance I get.

As soon as u walk in you're greeted and asked how you can be helped..you don't get that type of greeting now a days and I was kinda thrown off but I remembered how it used to be..Joel was very helpful and i will be returning shortly!!

Matt was great! Very knowledgeable and helpful when picking out a bike for our son. We ended up buying 2 bikes and while Matt was helping us the rest of the staff took time to show our son around the shop. Definitely a great experience and can’t recommend them enough!!

Matt was super helpful setting me up with the Wahoo trainer I wanted and when it Arrived, Gideon helped me carry it out to the car and was very congenial- He's getting Graduate degree in mechanical engineering at NCSU to boot and raced bikes for King College as an undergrad! Dream team over there at Trek Holly Park.
