Matt was patient and knowledgeable about the different accessories in the store. After a few minutes of speaking with him, I knew I should value his opinion and recommendations. I ended up purchasing an e-bike and several additional accessories. Matt explained in detail the differences of each item so I could make an informed decision that fit my needs. Never did I feel pressured or rushed in making a decision. Could not be more satisfied with the customer service I received from this location. Highly recommend you give them a try! Quick and made our Trek 930 bike almost brand new. It was not inexpensive but good work is not cheap. We had a lot of work done on the bike.
