I came in with questions about bike maintenance. The bike mechanic (I wish I knew his name) was so friendly and helpful and told me how to fix what I was having issues with and showed me the tools I was missing which was making my issue more difficult, and then did it for me so I could still go out and ride that day! He also wasn't condescending, as a woman this sadly happens to me more often than it should when I have legit questions at bike shops/gear shops. This will become my local bike shop now :)

Ordered bikes for our twin grandsons online. So easy! The bikes were ready for pickup a day later. Jamie Berg made the pick up process simple and streamlined. He was friendly and helpful. I really appreciate that the Redmond Trek store registered the bikes for us! Highly recommend Redmond Trek.
