Alex was incredible, and I really want to call out how much he added to my experience. I had a warranty concern and was a little worried about the process of replacing my battery, but he made everything feel easy. He was not only extremely knowledgeable, but also took the time to help me understand my bike better and what I needed to get the most out of it and turned my worries into a delightful experience =).
What stood out most was how personal the experience felt. He remembered little details about me, which gave the whole interaction a real white-glove feel. He was also easy to communicate with and coordinate with every step of the way. Would totally see myself recommending Trek to friends and family for the future.
I had a great experience and would highly recommend Trek in Redmond, specifically the French guy I was working with. He was able to do a last minute install on a new derailleur for me and was friendly answering any questions I had.
