I came with a tube problem and I really liked the way it was diagnosed and resolved. The person (forgot to ask his name) was kind enough to explain things in detail and provided me multiple informed options to choose from if this occurs again. Love the service provided at Redmond WA.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This is my first bike. I stopped by multiple shops in the area and ultimately went with Redmond because of the staff even though the location is over an hour drive away.
I'm already planning my next bike purchase and already know it will be with Redmond.
Staff is very polite and friendly. I had not heard that my bike was ready as it had been about a week since delivered to the store. It had been very busy around the 4th. I stopped in to check and they were very apologetic and checked it out and made final adjustment while I was there. For the inconvenience they volunteered to not charge my for a kickstand. That was not expected but clearly shows they care about providing exceptional customer service.
The employees were super busy and yet were incredibly helpful and friendly. I was out on a 30 mi bike, with my kid in a trailer, and my chain broke and tire popped. They got me right in and fixed everything in about 20 minutes. Can't thank them enough!
The staff were very honest! They gave us a lot of information but then suggested that we go to a different company to get more in depth details about bike racks. My husband and I agreed that had we wanted more info, we would've gone and looked at that store but then come back to you to purchase, solely based on your staffs honest.
