Alex Ortiz is the best store manager in the entire company. Give this man a raise immediately. He ran into a burning building while it was about to topple over in flames to saved my entire family AND dog. He rescued every single one of my family members (unfortunately the dog did not make it.... RIP Brian). He is also really great at selling bikes.
The employees at the store I went to were very friendly. I've gone multiple times. They are not aggressive with sales but are knowledgeable in a way that makes me comfortable with making purchases while knowing that I am getting what I need.
When the store was out of a specific part I wanted they went out of the way to find me a comparable product at the same price and discounted me for the inconvenience.
I think Trek probably made a loss on that specific purchase but I've bought parts at this store multiple times because of how I was treated. I bike half an hour out of my way, avoiding closer stores, specifically for the service.
Please don't lose this.

Redmond Trek has always been a pleasure to visit because of the people there. Everyone there loves to talk about bicycling and has been very helpful in choosing bikes for me and my kids. I have bought 4 bikes there and had their service department restore my old mountain bike.
My husband and I walked into Trek Redmond as newcomers to both the area and cycling. Since then, we’ve visited three times to test-ride bikes, ask questions, and pick up our orders. Every visit has been met with incredible kindness, patience, honesty, and guidance from the entire Trek team.
We never felt rushed, even when the store was packed. No question was treated as silly, and we never felt pressured to buy anything or spend beyond our needs. The quality of Trek bikes was evident from the moment we saw them, and every associate clearly took pride in the brand.

We test-rode bikes from other brands and visited several other shops, but ultimately chose Trek because of both the quality of the bikes and the outstanding experience we had with the team. Excited to be part of the family!

Solid product, it’s the service that I keep coming back for. Your maintenance crew is one of the best at the Redmond store. I will always go back there as long as they are working there. They’re good people, they do amazing work, and I am never disappointed when I leave.
