This was my first visit to the Trek store in Redmond, WA, and I was very pleasantly surprised by the customer service and helpfulness of the employees at this store. Andrew was especially helpful in recommending products and services as I was getting ready to start biking again after taking a break. When I picked up my bike, he clearly explained all of the work done and gave helpful information about an issue that was found. He also helped me find a perfect pair of new bike shoes. I went out for my first ride in years yesterday and my bike rode so smoothly and my new shoes felt great. Big thank you to Andrew for his outstanding customer service! I'll be back!

Josh and Andrew always answer my biking questions and solve any technical problems. Trek is one of the few bike manufacturers that fully supports their products.

The experienced staff and service quality at your Redmond WA store is the best there is. Because of that (servicing a non-Trek bike) I just purchased my first new Trek bike yesterday. Keep up the good work!!!
