Trek Redmond is great. I live in Birch Bay WA and drive over 100 miles to purchase my bikes there. I just ordered my third bike from them. I think the overall shopping experience was amazing. Josh welcomed me into the store and was very patient and understanding, helping to answer all of the questions I had. I felt like he was being really genuine and honest. I think in general the bike I purchased is fine. I can tell it’s a high quality, tightly assembled product. It feels durable and looks great. Unfortunately I will be returning it because it is not a good fit for me.

Friendly staff with good professional service. Shimano brake lever was delayed due to back ordering but shop made inquiries with other Trek shops to locate needed part and helped to reduce wait time.
