Amazing store with awesome group of people. I was in the market for a new Road Bike, having owned an Trek FX 3 in the past. After explaining the type of bike I was looking for, the folks at the store recommended the Trek Domane, explain why that would be the right choice and set up a test ride for me. Alex, at the Redmond store is great to talk to, and was extremely helpful and efficient with the purchase of the bike and at the time of pick up with purchase of additional accessories. The bike maintenance/support crew also helped customize the bike to my specs and were great as well. I really loved my buying experience at the store and will recommend it to anyone in the market for a new bike.

Really appreciated the service. Alex expedited building my bike after it came in and was patient helping me get outfitted to get on the road. Because it got built quickly, I was able to complete a Saturday morning ride the next morning on the new bike and it was the longest ride of my life. Loved the way the Domane handled on downhill from the drops.

Knowledgeable staff. Willing to help. Earlier that day we went to Gregg’s Bicycle with express interest of buying another Trek E bike. Extremely poor service so we left and looked on line and saw this bike shop. Alex provided excellent customer service. Extremely knowledgeable about the bikes. Shop was very busy yet he was able to help us. I love my new bike.

Trek Redmond is great. I live in Birch Bay WA and drive over 100 miles to purchase my bikes there. I just ordered my third bike from them. They magically seem to always have the exact bike in the color and size I want. It's a pleasure doing business with them and well worth the drive.
