Mike was very helpful from the moment we walked in. We were looking for a new bike for our 12 year old son. He listened to our needs and was able to find what we needed. The service was great, he was very knowledgeable and cared about what my son wanted. We like that there is a service department there for bike maintenance to help, and that Trek offers a 30 day follow up and one year free maintenance with a new bike purchase. We will be bringing my 26 year old Trek bike in for service. Thank you for coming to Reno! We’ve already referred your store to some of our friends!

My daughter and I had a great experience! Mike was great and they had the exact bike we wanted and even had the color we wanted. Super friendly service and they got my daughter’s bike all dialed in just the way she wanted!! Great people, great service! Highly recommend!
