My son blew out his derailer on a pre ride on Saturday about 330 in Grass Valley Ca.for a race on Sunday. Nothing was open in the surrounding area. We called and found out they had the part we needed. We made back to the store in Reno 20 minutes before closing. We ran in they had the part ready, changed it out oiled the chain and made sure tire pressure was correct AND washed it. We walked out as they were closing. He raced today, Sunday, confident his Trek Super Cal was ready to race!!! Thanks guys!!! We will continue to use these guys for our needs for his Super Caliber!!!

The store is much closer than the place in sparks. The prices seem fair for the work that I needed done on the bike. Both people who helped me in the service department were knowledgeable about what needed to be done and specific on the estimate of the price.
