Got a great deal on a new Fuel ExE bike. Also, having our two existing Trek bikes serviced. Service fees are very reasonable, and the intake process was smooth and efficient. Jeremy, the General Manager, was exceptional. He actually met us in the parking lot to assist us with bringing our bikes in for servicing. The entire servicing process and sales process was excellent. Jeremy provided pertinent and helpful advice. Connor, the service technician, was very helpful as well. Overall, great service and efficient process.

We have purchased 3 bikes from your Reno trek store in the last month We purchased 2 Marlin 4 bikes for our grandsons and I purchased a powerfly ebike for myself. We love the product but what made the difference was Mike!!! He made us feel completely comfortable, took the time to listen and considerable time to assure we had exactly what we wanted and what worked for us. He assured that we had the accessories we needed and we ready to go. We looked at several other brands however the final decision to purchase Trek products was 100% based on the service, expertise and knowledge e received from Mike!!!
I really cannot say enough good things about Mike!!
