The bikes are a reasonable weight and perform well. The “pop-up” seats are awesome. The sales people really know the product and have real life experiences to share. Will recommend the Reno shop to friends.

My wife and I visited the Trek Bicycle shop in Reno looking for easy riding bikes for cruising. We meet Mike and he directed us to the "Beach Cruisers". Mike provided a test drive for each of us and the decision was easy. Mike made the entire process a breeze. Thank you Mike!

Mike was super helpful when my husband and I can looking for the right mountain bike. He was very patient and made sure that the right accessories would work with our new bikes and made sure that the right sizes would work for us. Shawn was also happy to help made the final adjustments in our bike. They are very pleasant to work with. My husband and I are very happy with our Roscoe bikes!
