The mechanic (Sean) is absolutely 1 of the best in the Reno area. I trust him 100% with my bike. This time he serviced my bike, updated the firmware and packed my bike in a bike case for intercontinental traveling.

The Trek Verve is just perfect for upright bicycling. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful with ordering and putting my new bike together. He even was quite helpful in getting it to fit in the back of my vehicle. I definitely highly recommend Trek Reno!

My experience at the Reno Trek location has been fantastic! Not once, not twice, but every time I visit the shop, they are very helpful and friendly. Last time I had a flat on my new tire, and they covered it with warranty and replaced it with a new tire, which really made my day! Thank you!

My sons and I absolutely endorse TREK’s product, flawless design; our enthusiasm extends to two men, for the best service one could ever experience, Mike who sold me the bike after Jeremy special ordered a smaller version of my son’s for me to try out (a quiet afternoon of hilarity and good story telling). Their warm support and future reassurance of continued-upkeep is the TREK plan! Yesterday, I enjoyed my first ride in five years, this little bike takes no effort to turn, stop or shift. My shoulders and hands were never strained, I sailed past 18 miles of Autumn fields on a glorious day. Thank you to both, for their knowledge and engagement!
