Probably one of the best bike shops in the nation. Very knowledgeable staff and of course beautiful bicycles. my new bike is a Madone. I’m a senior citizen and I’ve had many Trek bicycles through the years. Jeremy Mike and Sean make a great team.

The Trek Bike I bought rode the best out of all other brands that I tested over the last month. My Salesman Mike Taylor was also by far the best. He got me into something I really wanted. He's also just a great guy. And lastly the store was above all others as well. I'm very happy with my purchase.

The bike fits me and my needs, but my favorite part of the experience was the amazing knowledge and customer service we received from Mike. He knew what I needed for my size and my lack of experience with the e-bike and was not pushy at all. He made sure I took the time to feel comfortable on my bike so the fear would vanish and I could enjoy the ride. I highly recommend this shop and look forward to a long relationship with Trek products!

Jeremy, my salesman, was outstanding answering all my questions the day before and the next day I purchased my new E Trek-bike. Very friendly and attentive staff in the back too, as they put on my new pedals and grips with no waiting, then explained the features of the bike extremely well and detailed. The price on clearance was a massive savings and made the purchase much easier on my budget. Jeremy got me pumped up to ride and I did. I went through many different situations on the trail ripping up Mt. Rose for an hour and a half. The computer and auto-seat adjustment was great to learn and a big learning curve as this is my first e-bike of this magnitude. All in all, a perfect ten first time experience. I will continue to refer my friends and strangers on my travels no matter where I am at in this world to your shop and friendly, educated, brilliant and attentive staff. Your truly dirty, muddy, battle-scared, single-track ripper, [FIRST NAME REMOVED] 007!!!!!!! See you out there........
