Mike was super helpful when my husband and I can looking for the right mountain bike. He was very patient and made sure that the right accessories would work with our new bikes and made sure that the right sizes would work for us. Shawn was also happy to help made the final adjustments in our bike. They are very pleasant to work with. My husband and I are very happy with our Roscoe bikes!

We brought our 15 year old trek top fuels in for a full tuneup. Sean did such a wonderful job on our bikes that they ride like brand new. His attention to detail goes above and beyond any bike mechanic we’ve used in the Reno area. Thank you for keeping our rides in tiptop shape.

You guys were awesome to interact with. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We had never looked into ebikes before so it was a positive experience for us. We didn't want to interrupt the other customers you you all were talking to but we should have waited a little bit to fine tune the bikes adjustments and fit to us. Will make sure to review anything with the 30 day check up. Have had 2 rides on them and happy that we got them. I think mainly like seating height adjustments are what we have to get correct. Thank you all. Definitely will encourage others to come see you all.
