The service team is always on the spot. Another shop said it was risky to try to fix my carbon frame when an aluminum rivet broke on my 2012 Masi Evo. They were able to fix it and keep my baby on the road instead of replacing it!

I went to three other bike stores to find a seat post before going to Trek, the only shop that had it. I needed it to sell my bike. I used to have a Trek 5200 carbon bike but I sold it. I still regret that. It was a wonderful racing road bike that I used for several years, including on gravel roads in Alaska on a 450-mile charity bike ride. I sold it and kept my titanium bike, but its frame cracked. The Trek bike was just as good but its frame was better, I used to use Trek regularly but was hit by a car on my bike and can no longer bike until I get a new hip in a few years. I used to bring bike components to this shop which I couldn't find anywhere but on eBay and the bike techs there would do a beautiful job of installing them and tuning up my bike. They are personable and professional. I hope to bike again someday and I know which shop I'll be taking my bike to when I need help. Trek, of course.

I greatly appreciated the knowledge and support I received. I was having issues with my front tubeless tire not staying sealed/seated and they figured out the problem immediately and ordered new tape for the wheel. It took a little longer to order the tape that would work best for my wheel but it was worth the wait an I appreciated them thinking ahead and getting the right tape that would last the longest.
