When I went into the Research store I came with only one person's recommendations for what I was looking for. Tristan checked of all the boxes and found me the bike best suited for me. He provided me with straight forward answers and recommended solutions to fit my Vale-Go. I feel my Trek bike is a solid investment in me. Trek has a great reputation and I know I will be getting another bike from Tristan fairly soon.

The staff! Always friendly and ready to help the moment you walk in the store. Recently I purchased the new FX e-bike. I have a physical disability but never treated as one or someone who was not interested in buying a bike for myself. I was taken seriously and I can't say that about for other shops. Tristan specifically has helped me purchase 2 bikes over the last few years. He is always so helpful in tracking down a part or a solution to some of my unique needs. And the service department has helped these solutions come to fruition. In regards to my recent purchase the bike was not in stock in the color or size I was looking for but as always they offered to look it up and see what other stores had in stock. Once they did they found it at a few other shops but also offered to bring it to the store which is super helpful because I prefer to go to the Research store even if it meant waiting a day. It's worth it!
