Just purchased Trek FX 3 Gen 4. Tristen was quite helpful in the process and exploring several bike choices. He offered valuable and knowledgeable advice to help me determine which model was most appropriate in regards to my objectives. We had to order the bike and have it built since the Galactic Grey was not available in the store. When I picked up the bike another gentleman was extremely nice and helpful when inquiring about fenders and a bike rack for the bike. He pulled out some products for me to look at and offered some valuable insight about the items.
