Judd and the team at the Trek Research location were awesome. They helped me order a bike from another store, installed a ride wrap perfectly, and helped me with any adjustments I need. They were also super communicative and helpful in the whole process both before and after purchase. All of the Trek stores in the area are great and the fact that this one is my favorite says a lot about the team working there. Very happy with my bike and the service received.

Tristan Kelly and Dino held down the Sunday afternoon rush while I was there efficiently. I appreciated their knowledge share and camaraderie during my visit from DFW. Also Kelly did a fine job on getting my MS150 inspection completed! This is an second crew

Professional and friendly service. Job well done each time. In addition, I ride a Specialized Stumpjumper...so I called the Specialized store for a quote for a basic tune-up. They quoted $250 with a 7-10 day wait time. So I called the Austin Trek store on research. "Come on over, we'll get you taken care of today!" Oh, and Trek's full tune was half the price as the Specialized store. Thanks for great service and price, guys!

I use the Ion head and taillights, my mounting strap broke. I'm glad you guys have a replacement part on hand ! Fixed my issue by going into a local retail store. Didn't have to go online to find one or reach out to support.
