Jud, Kelly, and Nate are all aces as well as the other staff there. They're very friendly and there's no knuckleheaded question that they can't handle with poise and grace. Trek Research has become my go to bike shop for service and support. I've also bought a super expensive Trek Mountain Bike from them, and the service was fantastic. They've also assembled non-Trek bikes for me, and they did a stellar job with that project. They provide service and impart knowledge with good humor and support.

I found the tires I needed for my bike, had several to choose from. They are better tires than the ones that came with my bike when I bought it. The website was useful and the employee who helped me was friendly and quickly found the tube I needed for my new tires.
