Ray did a wonderful job putting tires on my little granddaughters starter bike she had gotten for free. He didn’t seem offended that we hadn’t brought in a top of the line bike. The young woman I had inquired with previously as to whether or not your store would work on a child’s bike was also very kind and gracious. I didn’t get her name.

We purchased two Trek bikes from Trek Bicycle Arlington South. They could not have been more helpful. They recommended things that we did not think about. They took the time to explain the bikes how they worked, what to do and not do. They helped us purchase a car carrier for the bikes. They went through everything again to make sure we understood how it works. Couldn't be more pleased with all of the staff there.
