Customer service is great. My son had a flat on his bike and they fixed it while I waited. It was fast, good price and they took it out of my car and loaded it back when completed. I will go back and highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service! The entire team was highly knowledgeable and personable. I also loved that the store had everything I needed—keeping me from having to hop around town to find things. My only critique is that I was not notified once my bike was ready for pick-up. I had to call to find out. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience and I’m a happy customer.
