The staff at Trek Bike Shop were friendly, informative, and timely with my bike repair. I really appreciated how they worked me in as a walk-in customer with very little wait time, and I’m looking forward to doing business there again.
Brought in my son's bike for service. They explained what needed to be repaired and what could be pushed back. Gave me a accurate estimate and finished the work earlier than expected.

Great Service and Great Employees. The employees are always very helpful. Justin at the TREK Arlington store is super knowledgeable and very helpful. The staff is the main reason I go there and tell everyone to shop local there.
The only negative issue I have is more of a Trek store/company policy. I like to do a lot of my own bike upgrades, service and maintenance. When I've needed parts that are specific to The TREK bikes I own, I always have to order them which always takes longer than it should, for Example Headsets, Hardware and Through Axels.
