Trek is a well known brand and is built to last. Plus all the bikes look awesome. My experience at the Roanoke, VA shop was ideal for a complete novice. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and they were just great people all around. Especially Mark and Josh. Highly recommend.

Purchased an electric bike from Trek Roanoke last spring and had some issues with the bike that was not being taken care of. Since Josh started managing the site last year, there has been a dramatic turn around in service and responsiveness!

Trek has good reliable bikes and equipment. The staff at the Trek store is knowledgeable. They listen to you and offer considerations. They are not pushy. They even offered to research and evaluate my existing bike rack to ensure that it would meet my needs with the new bike I was purchasing. It was very clear that they were just not trying to sell me another bike rack. They offered to transfer/ install some of the equipment on my current bike to my new bike. Good People!

This was our first visit to the shop. Great selection. Outstanding customer service. Mark was incredible with 2 little boys that had the wiggles - I appreciate his kindness and helpfulness.
