The quality of the new bike is fantastic. The first ride was amazing and the battery lasts a lot longer than we expected. The bike is perfectly priced and performs very well. I love my Trek bike, that I purchased in October of '21. I've had it there for repairs (when needed) and most recently, an overhaul of the chain system. You guys do good work.

Good selection of products. Had service done there for my brother's GIANT bike. Came back to me in great shape. Considering the cost for the work, I appreciate the quality of workmanship and materials used. In my more recent visit to replace a broken lamp, I noticed a section of the showroom wall displaying various bike trail maps from around the valley. In conversation about the maps it was suggested that our local tourism office would be wise to implement a course of action to assemble a similar display for tourists to view inside the visitors center. Great conversation with the service manager about the facility and the services provided.

Went to the shop just to look around, found some very nice shoes that were on a great sale. Bought them and tried them out. I thought the size was correct but they were a little too big for my liking. I was able to get them swapped with a smaller size and keep the sale price I originally bought the shoes for, no hassle and the team made sure I was satisfied. First time visiting the shop and overall great experience, fantastic customer service and will be back for more bike needs!
