Flew here for USA Cycling 2025 National Championships and when we unpacked my sons bike we determined American Airlines must have thrown the bag around as there was a bent front rotor. I called Trek Roanoke and they said bring the bike by. Fortunately they had the part. I left the bike for repair and drove to Explore park to check parking/site out and by the time I got there I received a text alert the bike was finished and ready for pick up. Staff very friendly and helpful. Many many thanks for ironing out the wrinkle in our travel plans!

I love having a store near my house that has a good selection of all cycling parts, accessories, and gear. I love the staff in this building. I love that Trek supports NICA in our area. Trek bikes are great and dependable.
