For me, customer experience is the combination of quality product meet friendly, patient and knowledgeable service. The Rockville staff provided great service and consultation. I would definitely hope when we are ready to trade up that it will be at this same store.
Oliver in the service dept. was exceptional. I had a tricky issue with troubleshooting an e-bike issue and he diligently got to a solution. By far, the best customer service experience I have ever had.
Staff at the store were knowledgeable and very helpful. There were no pressure sales, but they didn't need to. There is a great selection of bikes. I purchased a FX3 and absolutely love my new bike.
