The support we got in purchasing our new bikes was top notch. As newly back into biking adults they gave us so many tips and made sure we were set up for success on our first bike ride. Truly top notch service. When we were out on the trail for our first ride we came across another trek rider who asked where we got our bikes and he also said how exceptional the Rockville store team is! Shout out to Brenda!

Excellent selection of bikes and accessories with knowledgable staff. Oliver was wonderful to work with during a phone layaway order and in-person during store pickup. He was able to return some accessory items from an online Trek order and install other items also purchased online. I only wish I know about the annual Trek Fest sooner so I could have caught the sales online and in stores :). Overall I highly recommend Trek Rockville.

Oliver in servicing was great. Sealed my rear tire and it still deflated but when I came back the next day he gave me a discount on a new tire and waived the labor costs. Class Act He was.

The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to look at my bike. Miguel is always so nice and offers the best advice regarding my bike service options. I am a real fan of Trek bikes and the shopping Rockville.

I really like that the bike repair people are so knowledgeable - and they dont try to upsell you. But what I dont like is that my bike sat for days while waiting to be repaired. I would strongly suggest that you return to making appointments and require a $50 deposit when an appt is scheduled - that way we all win - I get my bike serviced quickly and if someone doesnt show up for an appt you keep the money!
