Excellent service! I originally just wanted to check out bikes for my commute and told the sales person I wouldn't buy today. He didn't pressure me at all to buy and answered all of my questions. I ended up buying a bike that was on clearance and all the accessories to keep it safe and working. He showed me how to use all the accessories and equipment and let me take the bike for spin to see how it felt. Could not recommend TREK more!

I want to commend your bicycle repair specialist "Oliver" at the Trek, Rockville, MD., location. Oliver repaired a front derailleur mount and replaced the bottom bracket bearing and did an outstanding job. He was very informative, communicated each step of the process well, and made the process easy from the beginning until the conclusion. I would recommend Trek and his services to anyone. I suggest to show appreciation to such an employee. They are rare. Thank you for your services.

Thank you so very much to Oliver at the Rockville, Maryland store. He stayed later to help me, even waited for me to drive in...and I wasn't even in an emergency. I have a vintage 1996 Y-33 which I dont know much about and it needed a bit of TLC before I can start my roadtrip tomorrow; Oliver helped me out and gave me some advice. Now Im locked and loaded! Getting ready for a biking this weekend and I discovered my cyclometer wasn't working. Popped my bike into my car and drove to Rockville Trek. Once again, Oliver, saved the day. Figured out my current one was kaput and I bought and he quickly installed a new one, - lickety split, -it was ready to go in 10 minutes. Friendly, professional and efficient service as always. thanks very much!
