very helpful, very knowledgeable. Oliver warned me that the bearings in my stem cassette were getting crunchy last summer. this winter i stayed to feel pulling when i turned. he replaced the cassette, figured out why i couldn’t replace my tire on my rim and sent me happily on my way. priceless and inexpensive! Trek rockville is the place to have your bike serviced - and right on the train line so you can get there with the plebs.
