I’m happy with my new (too expensive) battery. Was able to go on my favorite ride. 33+ miles and used only 2 bars. My headlight however is not working.
Ben from service dept was so great in giving customer service. I was really satisfied and happy on how he handles and explain things to me regarding my bike. I’m glad I took it to Trek and will definitely come back for another service in the future. Shout out to Ben really nice and wonderful soul. God bless brother
Amazing service - They recognized the urgency of an issue with the seat post on my son's Madone, and went after it on the spot! It took some real ingenuity and tenacity to solve the issue - and they did! Big shout-out to Ben for figuring it out and to Michael for endorsing the pursuit. It resulted in being able to adjust my son's fit on the bike to where it needed to be before a 4 hour training ride the next morning. Thanks Roseville Trek!!

Joe was very helpful, thought I'd have to leave my bike but he delayed his lunch break to replace my broken chain. I've dealt with Joe for years and he is always very knowledgeable and helpful but I especially appreciate him responding with such urgency.
