Great Bikes, very friendly staff specially Ali. Very helfull and professional at all time. They spend time with you and explain everything and anwere all your questions. This is a 3rd bike I am buying form them and I could not be happier. Also, great deals. I dont go anywhere else. I have tried bike99, they just expect to buy with no question and if you dont their mood changes. I fyou want a quality cikes and great service, don't look no further.

Went in to buy a bike for my son's birthday. The salesperson was super helpful and informative, which made our decision really easy. They were also able to order and prioritise the build, so the bike was ready in just 5 days, perfect timing for his birthday!

Loved the customer service from Trek Rouse Hill! Joel helped us so much and made sure we got the right size bike and gear plus accessories, answered all our questions.
