The store staff as a whole have always been knowledgeable, caring, listens well, top notch service. I will admit that I am disappointed that the product that I purchased from the store is no longer available. However, life happens and things change. I was glad that they were still able to assist.

Came in for two new bike helmets. Immediately greeted then approached by female employee asking if we’d like help. Provided help to choose the best helmet for our recreational use and fit. Great customer service.

The bikes are great. I should get paid for using an electric bike like I do. I put more wear and tear on this stuff than anybody else but my guy Ryan over at the service shop is honestly the best having good quality people and good quality products is the whole reason why I went with trek. You guys have stood behind your product in service and that is very rare these days. I am grateful that you guys exist.

Staff is polite helpful, job done quickly and correctly. There is a bike shop in Birmingham/Woodward around the corner from my home, they are rude, obnoxious and WAYYY overpriced. I will never go back to these folks. You guys are a breath of fresh air, will come back for all my biking needs!

They were tuning up my bike and found that my frame was compromised and unrideable before an Ironman race so they put it back together and didn’t charge me even when they had already performed some work on it. Definitely will be going to them for future needs because of their integrity

I was very pleased with the service I received as well as my purchase. My bike needed new tires. The new tires seem fine. I didn’t realize until I rethink that the new tires are white walls. Well, it does give my Trek bike a different look. Now, I can show it off while cycling.

Took my brand new bike back twice and was adjusted as I waited. All good now. "Machanic" was very knowledgeable and replaced a major part that was defective without an issue. May buy another bike soon from this bike shop. Thanks!!
