Ricky was amazing. He knew everything and he helped us out. He took the time and he just took joy in it. The product is exactly what I want. He pointed out everything that I might want and everything that I did want knew the best and exactly how it would fit on the bike. It was a wonderful experience and I have my bike now and I love it. I would definitely come back but I’ve been using your Trek bikes since I started getting Bike in the city of Detroit.. I am a very happy customer and I will refer people to you with no hesitation. I come all the way from downtown Detroit to use you. Also, you are very flexible and pick in my picking up the bike and I truly appreciate that.

I had a bike that was special ordered to your store from an out of state store. From start to finish, the experience was first class by your staff in Royal Oak. Ryan and his female associate (I'm sorry I don't remember your name!) made me love my new Trek bike even more.
