The staff is tremendously professional, accommodating and friendly. Every staff member has great knowledge of the bikes and accessories. I love going into the store. The technicians will always look at my bike and if they can fix an issue in a minute, they will. The Royal Oak store is the best and I will always go back for all of my cycling needs!
