Always one of my favorite bicycle shops. Might be corporate, but still has that “small business” feel to it. Ryan was incredibly kind enough to lend me a tool to make my shifter cable replacement job easier. I then ordered my own tool from him and Trek when I returned his. I have a 2[PHONE NUMBER REMOVED]C as my road bike, and I love it. And see if I installed a rack on the back and have banjo Brothers bags that I use to go to the grocery store and for other errands. Love my local Trek store!

Joey was amazing. Such a great brand ambassador for Trek Royal Oak. Super friendly and kind. He came to my house to fix my flat tire, but didn't have the right sized inner tube. He took my bike back to the shop, fixed it, and delivered it, all in about 5 hours. Super friendly, competent. I'm so grateful to have my bike back. I've been a customer for over 15 years. Here's to 15 more!
