Whenever I was at Trek in Royal Oak, I got good help from the staff, proactive help but still giving you time and space to browse the store and without being pushy for a close.

The gentlemen helping us was really great. He was swamped, but still acknowledged us, helped us as quickly as he could, answered all of our questions, put on a kick stand and adjusted the seat. He was really nice.
