We recently brought in a Trek bike for service at the Royal Oak, Mi store. The bike is at least 22 years old. It was ridden a lot by my daughter after it was purchased but then stored for years. The bike needed service, some new parts, such as tires, grips, cables and brake pads and a thorough cleaning. When we arrived at the store to pick-up the bike, we were told by a couple of employees the bike looked like new and they were absolutely right. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. 5 STARS. The staff was very knowledgeable. He replaced a recalled bolt from another bike so my son could take his bike nack to college. He recommended my son use the oil on the chain and not the spray to protect the brakes. His bike looked brand new when we picked it up.
