I made a very important purchase this past weekend of buying a road bike that specifically met my needs. Dann and his team took really good care of me that day. I was warmly welcomed and walk through the process of making sure that I was choosing the right bike. I never felt pushed into making a purchase, but more importantly, I answered the question by myself, as I was led through important, series of questions and details regarding my cycling needs. This was the first bike I have bought in over 18 years. I am an avid cyclist, rides practically daily, So this was not an every day purchase. It has been just less than a week of having my brand new Domane, loving my new bike. Looking forward to visiting. Midtown Trek for my tuneup

Bike was making a loud clanking noise and it hadn't been tuned up in a couple of years. Staff were very professional but friendly. They explained exactly what was needed and how much it cost. They did the work in one day.

We love the Services we received from Trek of Sacramento and Dan the Manager. He gave me a detailed explanation of the Go and also the day after was able to resolve programing issues. Lastly, the fast turn on the recall on the rear axle bolts. As for the Bike, we enjoy the comfort and the townie fine features. We have had a non-electric Townies before and this in an electric version is just as great.
