I bought a pair of road shoes, and a helmet. The store didn't have my shoe size, so Larry got on the computer and ordered the shoes for me. He called me and said your shoes are in. I went up on Saturday and got the shoes. Then I had to buy pedals, he put them on the bike, I went for a short ride. Larry got me back on the road in a really short period of time. Very helpful to what I needed. I would very highly recommend this store to anybody. Very helpful staff.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. I was having a flat tire problem with the rear tire. Had it fixed twice at another shop, but obviously they didn’t know how to fix it. I brought my bike to Trek in midtown and it was fixed within 30 minutes. The employee (sorry forgot his name) showed me the problem and said he would fix it right. He did. I’m thankful for his hospitality and explaining to me what caused the failure. Thank You [FIRST NAME REMOVED]

In my opinion Trek bicycles are very high quality for an affordable price. I have owned two previous Trek mountain bikes and never had any problems with them other than maintenance. I would recommend buying a Trek to everyone. When this bike is old I will buy another one. Also the staff located at the Sacramento midtown location have the best customer service. I have dealt with several different employees there and every one of them has been very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely continue to buy bikes here in the future.

The sales staff was extraordinary. Extremely helpful. He took time to assure that the chosen bike fit. My grandson could competently ride it and was thoroughly familiar with all of the features. We will definitely shop there again.
