I had a frozen seat post bolt that was an absolute bear to dislodge. I joked that the service manager should get "combat pay" for getting that thing out. Service manager is extremely knowledgeable and does excellent work. Despite the fact that I live in Davis, when there is any service work I need that is particularly challenging I will be bringing my bike to this shop.
