The bikes seem to be very good quality for the price. My roommate has loved his for the past 5 or 6 years and I cannot see any flaws in the one I bought. They were good to help me find the correct adjustments for the bike and trim my handle bars to meet my shoulder width.
We came in a couple days ago and Grant the mgr hooked us up with 2 bikes that we have been riding ever since. Great service and experience. keep up the good work.
I experienced immediate, walk-in-the-door customer service & helpful targeted advice for my issue - resolved within 10 minutes of arriving and I was on my way with a new helmet!
Front desk guy, didn't get his name (just know he was born in 97 like me) helped me and sold me on some killer grips! I'm so happy he recommended them to me because they actually improved my ride. Such a chill shop and I'm 100% going to use you guys as my main source of parts for my bike!
Grant was awesome!!! I needed a new tire, he asked questions about what kind of riding I do, explained the product features and set me up to get me back on the trials. I've already told my husband that Trek downtown SLC should be our new bike store.
Joshua was so helpful but not pushy - loved that! With his help, we were confident in making our purchase of our first two electric bikes! Everyone there was efficient, professional and helpful.
The products are great, but the main reason I recommend the store over the website for example, is because the staff is so patient and helpful. Good product, brilliant staff.
Grant and his team at Trek Salt Lake City Downtown are outstanding. The quality of their sales and service is great. They are friendly, knowlegable and always helpful. Grant is such a great guy! We appreciate all the help and courtesy he has provided our family with both sales and service at his Trek store!
At the store Grant was knowledgable and helpful. After delivery of the bike and accessories the lock will not mount on bike frame and I wouldn’t have purchased it had I known this. Lock did not come with instructions to set combination, so I went to Bontrager website. Didnt find instructions but saw the awful reviews on the product.
Hadn’t ridden bike yet but turning crank forward and back and noticed some grinding and resistance that persuades me to return products Tuesday and I’ll look at another option probably the Checkpoint ALR 4. Thanks and see you soon…
