After riding the same road bike consistently since 2017, I've been to many mechanics for tune ups. Until this experience, I've always left feeling like I wasted my money. Hands down best tune up I've experience.

Grant, Luke, and the rest of the team are great. They’ve been great partners for our high school NICA team. I’ve been going to them for years and refer everyone I know to the shop. Trek is a solid company, but it’s the teams’ expertise that keeps me coming back.

The sales person that helped us was highly knowledgeable and as a part of NICA himself he knew what our daughter needed in terms of a bicycle and peripheral items to be able to race this year. The shop was very clean and well organized. We had some problems with the dropper post after the first ride and we brought the bike in to get it taken care of and the technician got right to work fixing it and we were out the door in no time.

Everyone was incredibly helpful. I called in day of to ask about a rental and it was super easy. The folks at the store helped me get setup showed me how it worked and helped me pack the bike into my car. Got everything I needed (including the helmet and multitool) and it was super quick. Well worth the cost for a great bike and a great experience.

I live in the neighborhood but only recently came inside to talk about bikes and helmets. I think I had been intimidated because of my complete lack of knowledge and fear that I'd be treated like a dummy. Both staff members I spoke with were very friendly and generous with their time and expertise. They made me feel comfortable asking all my beginner's questions — I didn't feel judged (as I feared) and they didn't try upselling me on anything I didn't need. The first interaction made me want to come back to buy my helmet from your team, and the kindness of the person who sold me the helmet made me feel like I can pop in any time in the future and get treated well.

You guys are great. Set us up with a Domane+ to try out (purchased, but with assurances you really mean the “no strings” return policy. Then took care of shipping it to Trek San Francisco when I predictably fell in love with it. Thanks to Luke and the rest for being the best!

The bikes seem to be very good quality for the price. My roommate has loved his for the past 5 or 6 years and I cannot see any flaws in the one I bought. They were good to help me find the correct adjustments for the bike and trim my handle bars to meet my shoulder width.
