Gary was not only knowledgeable about the fix on my marlin 5 he went out of his way to fix my bike right there and was able to get me on my way I appreciate that kind of service I would recommend people that I know to take there bike there to get it fixed or service it there thank you from the bottom of my heart

The service at this downtown SLC Trek location is top notch! Grant and his team are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Grant made me feel welcome from the second I walked in the door and patiently answered my long list of questions regarding e-bikes. Once I settled on a bike, I left it at the shop so Grant and the team could install some accessories. The follow up communications and interactions exemplified some of the best customer service I have ever received. I am so glad that I bought my bike from this well located local shop and will recommend to others that they do so as well.
