​I wanted to share a quick story about how the team at the Trek Northside location saved my weekend and earned a customer for life. ​I was in a major crunch preparing for an out-of-town race. Usually, I keep my bike inside the SUV, but with the whole family coming along, the math just wasn’t adding up. I urgently started calling local shops looking for a high-quality rack suitable for a carbon frame. Most stores had stock, but nothing I’d trust with my bike. ​When I called the Northside Trek, the person who answered was incredibly energetic and knowledgeable. I told them I was on my way, and an hour later, I walked in. I was met by a different sales associate who possessed that same high energy and expertise. We quickly found the rack I wanted, but then we hit a snag: they couldn’t find the key to unlock it from the display. ​The associate headed to the back to find a solution. After about five minutes, I braced myself for the typical, "I’m so sorry, but..." Instead, he walked up and said, "Our first plan didn't work out, but I have another solution to get you on the road." ​I walked out with exactly what I needed, ready for my race, but I also left with a bit of a shock. In an era where exceptional hospitality feels like a thing of the past, my experience today was nothing short of legendary. I later found out the person helping me was the Store Manager—I believe his name was Devon (though I hope I’m remembering that correctly!). ​Because of Devon and the team's "get it done" attitude, I’ll be back for all my future purchases. I didnt want a trek. I came for a surly or even a Specialized. I walked out with a Trek. I rode it a few days later. Just for an eight mile. Then sixteen. Twenty miles in I was still enjoying myself!

Mechanics seem very knowledgeable and on point with recommendations. Pricing is high but they work to get you to understand. Timing/availability is limited - would love to be able to get repairs on the spot out of the team but understand volumes and workload

Great crew from the sales team to the mechanics! Always treats us with the utmost respect and will gladly explain the nuances of taking care of our bikes with us so we never feel foolish for asking them anything! They pride themselves in their knowledge and want successful cyclist leaving their store. Love this shop!
