I was more than a bit uncomfortable going in due to the price, but after shopping around some, this store felt the best to be in and had the most helpful staff of the shops I went to. Bike is great, comfortable, and fun to ride. Glad I made the purchase!

Excellent customer service and employees / manager all extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of biking (local trails, accessories, sizing, etc.). My first bike was a Trek in 1989 and will definitely keep buying Trek. I really appreciate the quality and customer service I receive every time I bought a Trek over the past several years.

We had a great experience picking up our Electra Loft Go! Staff were helpful and informative. We then did a ride on San Antonio trails and the bike performed with no issues.

The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of to buy a package that I didn’t feel I needed or to buy anything else. I appreciated that very much. But mostly, I like all the care they took and fixing my bike!!
