This is without question the BEST experience I have ever had purchasing a bike. Devin is one of the most professional and personable Salesman I have ever met!!!! Without a doubt Trek will be the ONLY bike I will ever ride going forward. On top of that…the store is extremely well kept and professional looking. Should be the example for other stores to follow.

Great experience took the time to explain everything about all bike models as it was my first road bike purchase but with no expectation to buy or any pushy sales tactics just genuinely cared to educate me. This is my 2nd Trek bike and won’t be my last I am a Trek fan through and through and a lot of that is the service I receive at all Trek locations I’ve gone to and received phenomenal service!!

Devin was great! He helped me feel much more comfortable going into the process. I was more than a bit uncomfortable going in due to the price, but after shopping around some, this store felt the best to be in and had the most helpful staff of the shops I went to. Bike is great, comfortable, and fun to ride. Glad I made the purchase!

Excellent customer service and employees / manager all extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of biking (local trails, accessories, sizing, etc.). My first bike was a Trek in 1989 and will definitely keep buying Trek. I really appreciate the quality and customer service I receive every time I bought a Trek over the past several years.
