The management and staff are very kind and go beyond in their level of support in explaining the parts that they currently have on site in inventory and their willingness to work with us to order parts that we need to help us get our Electtrathon car running to an optimal level of performance. TREK will be the first place we go to get parts needed to repair and enhance our car and for other cars that we plan to build as we expand our Electrathon Community Program.

We stopped into the Trek Bicycle Store of San Antonio with a flat tire and honestly could not have asked for better service. The team took excellent care of us — and then some. From the moment we walked in, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to jump in and help.
What could have been a stressful situation turned into a smooth and positive experience thanks to their professionalism and genuine kindness. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and their bikes.
Highly recommend this shop if you’re ever in a pinch or just need great, reliable bike service in San Antonio. We’ll definitely be back! 🚴♀️

Everything was spectacular.
All the staff at the Military Dr location in San Antonio, TX were outstanding. They not only showed genuine interest in making a sale, but went above and beyond to cooperate with us and clearly explain each item we were considering.
We purchased several accessories and footwear for my father, as he is returning to cycling after more than 30 years. The team made the experience comfortable, informative, and very enjoyable.

After visiting several bike shops in San Antonio and having a clear idea of the bike I wanted to upgrade to, I found exactly what I was looking for at Trek SA South. The team truly took the time to understand my needs and matched me with the perfect bike — a Trek Checkpoint SL5.
Jake, the store manager, immediately welcomed me, listened carefully, and answered all of my questions. He set up a few different bikes for sizing and test rides to make sure I found the right fit. I hadn’t planned on making a purchase that day, but the personal attention and overall experience Jake and the staff provided made the decision easy.
I’ve replaced my mountain bike — which I had been using for both road and light off-road riding — with this incredible gravel bike. It’s been one of the best investments I’ve made in my health and hobby in years.

Great customer service from August and Jake! They were both very informative and helpful during the process and I appreciated that they were patient and did not pressure me to make a decision right away. Trek has amazing quality bikes and the store has a good variety of options to choose from. There are quiet roads available next to the store to test-ride the bikes which is a necessary part of the decision-making process. I would recommend Trek SA South to anyone looking for a new bike of great quality!
