Jake and the staff were great with servicing me and my new Electra. Their communication and attention to detail are second-to-none. Until an injury years ago, I competed in various mountain biking circuits throughout the US, and Egypt and Israel and as I am getting back into the sport, these guys are now my go-to for my bike needs. I brought a bicycle in that was completely taken apart from Shipping and they put it together for me at a reasonable price and advise me on things that needed to be done for the bike before it was ready to ride safely it was all taken care of again at a reasonable price

Product Quality availability and customer service is all excellent. Even though this location is out of the way for me the customer service is great!
