Jake kept me informed every step of the way. I was so happy that my bike was fully set up when I arrived to pick it up, and all they had to do was finalize my tire pressure and add my bottle cage. I was able to have my first ride from the shop that afternoon!

Products are worth it although not always readily available. Services are very good and I trust the mechanic with my families bikes. Customer service interactions are great as well and this last part is what makes it worth the trip from one side of town to the other! Thank you everyone!

Worked with Jake, and he was really great at his job. A lot of bike shops will gate-keep and really have an attitude of snobbery. Jake was very relaxed and good natured, up beat, and extremely helpful. He didn’t oversell or push, and I honestly spent a lot more money than I planned to just because of that experience. For reference, I’m closer to the Trek shop off Broadway, but those guys seem to hold themselves a little higher if you know what I mean. Had several so so experiences in there, but this shop was awesome.

The bike itself is a great quality bike but it has been the service that brings me back so often. The crew at my Trek store has always gone out of their way to get me exactly what I need and makes sure I have enough information to properly interpret the different options they have.

Very personable and passionate about wanting the best bike for the customer. Jake was very knowledgeable about bikes and listened to what my experience was as a 30 year bike owner of a Trek. He provided very good information and guided me to a new Trek bike. I am very pleased with my new Trek bike and look forward to many years of riding. I would highly recommend this Trek bike shop. DL
