This is the first tha we visit and buy from Trek, Jake, our salesperson was very patient and helpful, answering all our questions, demonstrating the bikes. We ended up buying two electric bicycles and some other equipment and fixing my regular bike. Wich was our original reason for the visit 😁

LOVE my Checkpoint. Service was a 10, Jake made sure my bike fit and let me know that I could return it no questions asked. I am 67 I have bought 15 plus bikes over 50 yrs of riding this is my first Trek. Why did I wait so long?
