I was driving through from Corpus Christi to Waco and needed a front axle pin on my Trek Domane AL2. I called the stores in Austin and Gio, the service manager at the Lamar location, was able to refer me to the San Antonio location on SE Military Highway. Jake and August went above and beyond to provide excellent service, put the part aside, and wait for my arrival. They made it possible for me to participate in the weekend event that I'd been looking forward to for several months. I'll go back to that store because they were able to help when no one else could. Thank you!

The entire team was great! I brought in a used bike and gave me all the options while trying to save money. Had a problem after I took it home (not of their doing) and they advised me to take it back and possibly get some credit. I will definitely take my bike back!

I recently had a tire repair with trek, one of my spokes pierced my tire and they repaired it, they did the repair within the same day, in a timely manner, great service and friendly staff. I appreciate everything and you guys were accommodating

We had just gone to another Trek shop, in Austin, where we bought me a bike. The problem there was that the salesman did not listen to what we wanted for our own comfort, having ridden a long time and knowing what works for our body pain issues. The salesman would not show my husband what he was asking for and so we left with one bike instead of two. That’s when we found the Trek shop in South San Antonio, only 1-1/2 miles or so from Stinson Airport where we park to ride the Mission and Medina Greenway Trails. Wow, what a difference! Jake, manager and mechanic was fantastic!! He listened to what my husband was looking for and why, he understood our needs and pulled out several options to try. He even put on the headset my husband wanted added to the bike he chose for handlebar adjustability and set us up with the kickstands we wanted on both our bikes. The shop in Austin said they didn’t have one for my bike. What a fantastic experience with a genuinely nice and knowledgeable guy!! We truly appreciated the way he interacted with us. We will certainly be recommending the shop and Jake Simmons!! My husband loves his new bike and the experience made us both feel great! That is rare today!
