I only made a very minor purchase, but even then everyone was so friendly and helpful. As a newbie, most other bike shops don’t make you feel very welcome or comfortable. Going forward, so willing to make the drive down to this store instead of visiting the much closer shop to me in scripps ranch.

Took my new bike in for a brake issue and Axel jumped on it, replaced the components within hours my bike was ready for pickup. Exceptional service and extremely pleasant and professional experience. I only ride Trek bikes, the past 40 years.

I'm a Trek guy. Probably needlessly so. I don't know, I get stuck in ruts. If it works, I stick with it. Needed a new helmet after my most recent one saved my life. The young man listened polity to my rambling and sold me a helmet. Not the cheapest. Not the most expensive. More than I thought I'd have to spend but we'll blame tariffs. Or inflation. Or Trump. Or Biden. Whatever. I like Trek. Keep it up. I know the San Diego stores are all corporate now but Kearny Mesa still has kind of a LBS vibe. That'll do until it doesn't. Thanks.
