Axel W. made an amazing first impression, I could tell he cares for the bikes and the people riding the bikes. I will fight for him to get bonuses and a raise. As for the bikes, my cute little FX 2 was gifted to me years ago. It is getting shipped to Hawaii for the second time, it's been through a hit and run with me, and still going strong. I love it.
I don’t have a ton to share, as I only brought two bikes in for new tubes (which was great experience), but the employees were SO wonderful! I first met Marisol, who helped with the first bike I brought in. She told me I could leave the bike and return home for a second bike. When I came back, I met Jordan, who was also great. The next day, John helped me load the bikes onto my trunk rack — everyone was so incredibly nice and helpful!

As aways, friendly and expert service. I wasn't in a rush but the service manager stayed at work till around 1AM to finish my bike along with everyone else. I picked it up the next morning and he was back at work.
