I had excellent customer service at the Kearny Mesa Trek Store from Oliver who helped me figure which bike best suited my needs. There are so many to choose from! It was very comfortable to shop at the store and see all the bikes. I felt no pressure to make a quick decision and was able to test out several bikes before settling on the best one for me. I purchased the Domane AL5, Gen 4 in lichen green. Loving it so far! They made sure it was all adjusted for me before I took it home. I have had no problems. I highly recommend checking out this Trek store.
