Chris and John were very responsive and took care of getting my Domane+ SLR7 ready with everything I wanted on it done and were very good about teaching me the features of my bike.

It was a smooth experience. The fee to assemble my bike was a flat fee and the lowest I found in the area. The customer service was phenomenal and the guy even helped me load it into my car. They even gave me pointers and tips on how to ride my bike. 10/10 for sure!

Axel and Jordan and Hoppy from Trek on Kearny Mesa provided my wife and I a remarkable service. Axel assisted in planning a part of our cross the country bicycle ride and Jordan and Hoppy expertly reassembled our bike we had shipped to them and had them waiting for us on our arrival. The prices were reasonable as well. They all helped my wife and I achieve a goal and dream of ours. gil
