I came in about 20 min before closing time but I would have never known as I was treated with patience and warmth and not made to feel that I need to rush through my purchase. The staff member who helped me was very knowledgeable and also practical, which helped me ultimately walk away with a purchase I was originally about to mull over! Thank you and definitely will be back as needed!

This is a wonderful store and excellent staffing. I’ve been to this store twice as a pit stop during my cycling rides and I enjoy the lounge they have for cyclists. I was looking for the Italian made Trek Racing Jersey and I found it at this store 👏🏽. I enjoy meeting the helpful staff and shopping for new cycling items. 1) The staff was as friendly and professional as one could be. 2) They were thorough in their looking my bike over and their report afterwards, 3) Their communication is superb both in person and over the phone, text and email, 4) just all around a great place to take your bike in.
