Chris was great. In an age when I'm overwhelmed with inventory of amazon and not sure how to sort through all the slop, I'm thankful to go to a brick and mortar store and talk to people that are knowledge about bikes. I walked out of the store confident that I was setting my kid up with a quality safe bike that she'd use for a long time.
