Everything, the store staff were both knowledgeable and great!! The Trek rental bike exceeding all my expectations. I will highly recommend to all my friends to visit this Cow Hollow Trek store, and plan to work with the staff to buy a new bike when I’m ready to purchase. 5 star review from my perspective

Matt Furnish and his team have provided exceptional service and guidance to get me setup on a new bike over the last year. I'm loving my Madone and continue to regularly visit the shop for upgrades and advice. Love the vibe in the shop (collaborative/team atmosphere, no stress/focus on educating customers approach to sales). Cow Hollow location is convenient for visits on way in/out of San Francisco, but button line it's Matt & his team that make this shop so special. Thank you!

Matt and Collin at the Steiner Street store are super knowledgeable, skilled, and pleasant to deal with. They really know bikes and customer service and go the extra mile to provide excellent repair/maintenance services for clients. If only Trek could clone Matt and Collin!
