The suspension service was completed and everything looks and works great. The work order was covered all the cost and showed what was replaced and serviced.

Came in thinking I was going to have to replace my rear derailleur, Colin with service went through and diagnosed problems, some proper torquing and cable adjustment with good knowledge of the SRAM system. Back in business and better than it was before. Recommend the great service.

The repair representative was so helpful. My older Trek mountain bike needed a small adjustment to tighten a brake and cleaning of the chain, and he was super flexible about doing this quickly (within the 30 minute meter timeframe!) and reasonably.Any time I've visited the shop, the service has been fast and the staff has always offered expert help.

I like how everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy. I was returning a small item and was helped by someone I recognized from the Berkeley store. They helped me not to have FOMO on a Trek road bike I just purchased a month ago, while seeing a new gravel bike in the window, which although very pretty was not right for me. They helped me feel confident in my decision and I was grateful for the guidance. My only issue with Trek bikes, is although you can get them in size S, M, L etc, the corresponding crank set and handle bar are one size and needs customization to be a true fit.

The Trek Cow Hollow shop is my go-to shop in the SF area, even though I live and work closer to other bike shops. Matt and his team do a great job of making me feel at home whenever I visit the shop and are very attentive and helpful. The selection is well suited to the area and in regards to Service, Colin is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help out with any repair or question. I've been a patron of many bike shops throughout California, Oregon, and Washington in my life and I can proudly say that the Cow Hollow store stands among the best.
