The Trek team was very knowledgeable about the gear that I needed, had a couple of recommendations, steered me toward the right decision and in addition solved my bike wheel issue with a $2 part.

Had my bike tuned - appreciated the honest assessment of what needed to be replaced and/or tuned. Work was done quickly and expertly. I also was referred to Soma shop for a bike my size that I was interested in - curiously the Soma shop let me test drive 2 different bikes while the Cow Hollow shop said they don’t allow test rides. I ended up buying a bike from the Soma shop.

Best bike shop in the city, for everything Trek but also they will support you for work on any bike brand. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, Matt, Jackson, Colin and the team are always open and welcoming - great to have these experts just around the corner ! would always recommend this store and its mechanics as well as a brilliant place to rent really nice road, electric, gravel, etc bikes if you want to explore the City and over the bridge to Marin..

As always, Matt and crew are second to none. Friendly and knowledgeable, they go out of their way to be welcoming. I had to pick something up quickly and Matt got me in and out quickly despite the crowd. My favorite local bike shop!

The team at Trek Cow Hollow always treat me like family when I walk in the door and make me feel very welcome. The shop is very tidy and the employees are very friendly even when I need something done with very short notice. Great selection of components and accessories, too.
