I looked at a lot of bike before purchasing. None of the other bikes were quite right. And then I tried a Trek bike. It was quick, comfortable, light and has the features I wanted. Nathan, the store manager at the SF SOMA location, was also a factor in my decision to purchase the bike. He was knowledgeable, listen to what I was looking for in a bike and gave me options. He also made me feel like I just joined a very welcoming community! We will definitely be back.

cool, pleasant, professional, down to earth staff/mechanics; easy to chat with. Always have the high end chains/brake pads in stock; level 3 service work a few years ago was very complete and done in just a few days.
