The biggest attraction is Nathan Hartung. He is a wonderful guy, talented, knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. I am a TREK fan (bought a Domane there in November/December which Nathan installed SRAM on for me). I'm so sad that store is closing and Nathan is moving out of state.

Huge shoutout to Nathan for the incredible service on my triathlon bike. He did a full service and deep clean, extracted corroded screws, cleaned up rust, re-waxed my chain, and cleaned/replaced my tubeless sealant. Even though some parts had to be ordered, Nathan kept me in the loop throughout and worked as quickly as possible once everything arrived. The attention to detail and communication were top-notch, and my bike rides like a dream now. Couldn’t recommend him more!

Nathan is a gem and TREK SOMA’s service always exceeds my expectations because of Nathan’s attention to answering questions, anticipating concerns, explaining problems, and advising solutions. He’s by far the best service associate I’ve seen at any store in San Francisco (compared to REI, Coffee Shops, Art Stores, Gift Shops, etc).
