I recently visited this store twice — once to purchase accessories and consumable items, and again to test ride a bicycle. During my first visit, the staff kindly recommended that I try a test ride. On my second visit, I had the opportunity to actually ride one. The customer service was extremely friendly, and their professional knowledge of the products made the entire experience very satisfying. I truly appreciated their attentive and expert support.

Very friendly experience, I was consulted before extra charges were incurred, and I know that on my side I was hard to reach. I came in on the first day as they were closing shop, as well as called a few days later after closing hours. I was received with kindness and patience each time. I really appreciated this flexibility and this willingness to go above and beyond. Obviously want to be respectful of their time and their life as well, but this kind of interaction definitely makes me want to come back. Thank you!

The employees there are top notch. My fiancé and I both had the best shopping experience. The staff was very welcoming, took time to answer all our question and really made sure we made the best possible buying decision. Nothing ever felt forced. One of the things that stood out was how clean and organized the store was. That’s was a big deciding factor for us to shop there. The bikes there are also amazing! Beautiful, properly priced in today’s current economy and just quality. We will be absolute coming back when we’re ready for another bike.

Both products & services are very good. I have had my new Trek bike for a year now and really enjoy it. I ride about 4x week and it really handles very nicely on the road. Once I upgraded the tires, it was a game changer with less issues with flats.
