The store has a great inventory, and I happened to luck out because they had both road and gravel in my size (47 and XS, respectively). Cayley was great to work with as well. It’s wonderful working with someone who is passionate and knowledgeable about the products!

The folks and that is all of them, are happy to see you and desire to help you. Their knowledge of the products and accessories are amazing. We have choices in our area for bike shops but will take the drive to San Marcos for the experience every time.

Drew and the crew did a good job on my bike. I did not ride it for 2 days as I had other things to do. I did ride on Wednesday, and it felt really good. Unfortunately, it rained while we were riding, and I got the bike all dirty!! I cleaned up as best I could, but it does not look as good as when I picked it up last Sunday. Again, thanks for the level 2, new chain and handlebar tape.

I am more than pleased with the recent service I received from Chris Baer and Troy in San Marcos, Texas. My husband is 80 years old and a former tennis pro, marathon runner, mountain bike racer and long distance bike rider. Unfortunately, he suffers from dementia, yet he rides his bike every day (in the school parking lot) for an hour. His only passion is cycling. Chris knows my husbands situation and he handles him so well whenever we take his bike in for repair. Troy also was very helpful with repairing John's bike recently. He knew my husband was anxious (as dementia patients can often be) about leaving his bike at the shop. Chris and Troy saw to it that the tire we needed was ordered promptly and other issues repaired expeditiously. I cannot tell you how well Chris handles customers. You are lucky to have him.
