Caeley Gomez, General Manager, at Trek Bicycle in San Marcos, Texas is a truly outstanding employee at that shop. She took care of ever single thing I needed every step of the way. She answered every question I had in a very polite manner. She processed the work order for my bicycle and emailed me a copy before starting the work on my bicycle. She picked up my bike at the exact time she said she would be here. Made sure the service job on my bike was done right. Returned my refurbished bike with some supplies at the exact time she said she would be here. Caeley took care of everything from A to B, and she had a smile on her face and an extremely positive attitude from start to finish. Caeley is a true asset to Trek Bicycle and it was a pleasure working with her, and I look forward to working with her for any further bicycle needs I may have in the future! Been a Trek fan for over a decade. Started with their original Boone CX bike. Broke two of those due to the lighter carbon they used. All replaced without question. The one I have now is the 600 carbon and have had no issues for years. I have an Ibis Mojo SL and have not touched it in over seven years. Both Fox shocks blown. They were able to find the rebuild parts and replace the original bearings in the Mavic Cross Max wheels. I know have a new MB that is basically 10+years old. I can't find a reason to replace. Great store and employees. They take interest in your bikes and you and will do what it takes to get the repairs done correctly.

The products like the tire sealant are unbeatable in this Texas cactus and mesquite infested trails. The San Marcos Trek dealer has the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff. I’ve purchased from other Trek dealers and SM Trek tops them easily with customer service and product knowledge. Always a pleasure dealing with them.

This is an awesome shop! My son and I had a blast picking up the bike I ordered online. The staff was super helpful and took the time to fit us for helmets and all kinds of other stuff.
