I loved the service because the staff was extremely knowledgeable. They were beyond helpful with testing the bikes and getting special accommodations to help select the best bike accessories. Every step of the way, including purchasing, was so easy. They even went as far as setting up our bikes with the newly purchased accessories. They informed us of a program to help local charities that take used bikes and accessories to help make riding more accessible for others. We are shouting from the rooftops to buy Trek in San Marcos.

The service is always great but what makes everything even better is how friendly the employees are. They are great communicators and they always go out of their way to help me out. I’m new to cycling and have a lot to learn and the employees, especially Drew, are always willing to dumb things down and teach me what I need to know to take care of my bike. Trek San Marcos has been amazing to me!
