In addition to carrying one of the best bike lines on the planet, your SERVICES are what really set you apart! Jerry went way out of his way to build me a bike that would accommodate all my various skeletal infirmities (I'm 72). But even so, the bike didn't work out for the areas I wanted to ride, and they made returning the bike absolutely painless. I ended up with a different bike at a great price that should be perfect for what I want to do. They've earned my trust, my business, and my friendship.

People were awesome. I rented a domane for a few days. The team took the time to call me in advance with questions about my fitting and measurements. You could tell they really cred about getting it right for me. Impressed!! The bike rode great. Good service all around. I own a bunch of Treks and go on Trek Travel trips - nice work by everyone at the Santa Barbara shop.

We’ve owned a number of Trek road bikes since the early 80s and love them. We just visited the local Trek store and were impressed with the large inventory of bikes and gear - as well as Jerry - who was extremely helpful. We’re going on a Trek Tour in Slovenia this year and purchased some new items for the trip. Everything is high quality and we appreciate the use-and-return-if-it’s-not-right-fit policy within 30 days. Thank you!
