Aiden was an excellent sales rep! He was helpful, informative, and responsive to my needs. He went above and beyond to get me the bike color that I preferred, and help get me up to speed with all the perks and insights into the carbon frame. His support was such a great balance of comprehensive but not pushy. So glad we chose trek for our bike purchase! Absolutely love the trek checkpoint SL 6!!
