The service is prompt and reliable. Most important, whenever any issues or defects arise, the service team takes care of them at no charge. I feel really good about buying a relatively expensive bicycle at Trek SB because I know that the team there will take care of me for as many years as I have the bicycle. We are on our 7th bike from this store (some purchased under the previous owner). I am looking forward to buying at 8th when the kids grow out of their current wheels!

Great customer service! The service tech gentlemen who helped me was friendly, went above and beyond to fix my kids' bikes, went ahead and replaced a shifter and honored the lower quoted price for the part even though it was technically listed for a tad more. And he did the work way faster than I expected. I will def go back to Trek for all my bike service!
I had my bike tuned up, cleaned, new handlebar tap and new tires. I couldn't be happier with the service and results. My bike came out looking brand new. John Martin recommend level 2 service which was great. He was knowledgeable and nice to work with. The tech who worked on my bike, Olive Lehman did excellent work! I will definitely recommend your store to others and will make it my repair shop from here on. Thank you!
Private company, actual warm body person, that actually calls back, they did the job right, they did not overcharge, and…… they care…… you know, Nordstrom policy, small business…. I’ll be back….
