Trek is a big brand, nationally recognized, but yet the stores are down to earth and they feel like my neighborhood bike shop.

Jerry was awesome! Put my son on three different size bikes to see what would work for him, walked us through the ins-n-outs of different models, understood our price point and interests and pointed us in a good direction. When it came time to selecting a bike, he searched online inventory and found us what we wanted and gave us a great deal. Would definitely go back.

Great products and continued support keeping my bikes on the road. My son had jammed the chain really good and John Martin helped me on the phone then greeted me and immediately helped get my bike back on the road, at a reasonable cost. Thank you!
