John was very knowledgeable about the bikes we were interested in. He pulled them off the racks so we could test drive them in the parking lot. He pumped up the tires, moved the seat to the right height and provided us with helmets.

The product I purchased (16" wheel bicycle) is the highest quality available. However the excellent service I received is the real reason I will keep going back to this store. Roger was on top of the transaction every step of the way. It's difficult to find personal service in retail but Roger (and the entire staff) were awesome!

Staff was great, did a great job of helping my daughter get the right mountain bike. Really appreciate the free beverages while we waited for the staff to customize a couple items on the bike. I know this is a hard one to fix but the only thing that would have gotten me to give it a 10 / 10 review would to have a better stock of bike accessories and gear. Great customer service experience.
