Walked in to trek bicycles of Santa Clarita and was met with Miles one of the associates, probably one of the best retail experiences I've had in 50 years, he was very knowledgeable and helpful, and he set me up with a test ride and watched and looked how I was on the bicycle. We made some adjustments and I walked out with a brand new truck.domane, and a great attitude, knowing what I bought, and being helped by a really great store associate. I feel miles is a great asset to that trek store. I look forward to going back for more accessories.Etc...... thank you Miles and thank you trek!

My new Trek FX+ 1 was ready within one day of purchase with all the accessories I ordered preinstalled. I love the bike and the service. Even though the bike has pedal and throttle assist, I've surprisingly gotten a lot more exercise in unassisted mode than I had on my prior human-powered bike because of the reduced pain points getting over bridges and up short but steep hills where before I had to dismount.

Awesome store with a great selection. The staff is truly awesome and work exceptionally hard given how busy they are. Alrick is a great guy and I hope the owner of Trek recognizes this and buys them lunch this weekend and sends them on an all expenses paid vacation to Europe.

Great service! My son brought his bike in for a repair, and he left saying the staff were “very kind”. Repair was completed quickly and he is back riding his bike! Thank you.

Alrick was very kind and immediately got my Wife’s bike set up for a test ride within a minute of walking into the store. Understood my concerns about the brake lever reach and got it adjusted for me right away. Recommended a different type of water bottle holder that would better allow for ease of use and went above and beyond to help me get the bike back home.

Everything about the process of buying our bicycles was very pleasant. Everyone on the staff was very helpful and attentive. Omar was the employee helping us and he made the process very pleasing, he answered every question and he also provided helpful advice.
