Very good and friendly staff. Oliver was brilliant and share with me what should need rather then what I want. Equipment is everything and if you don't have the right tools then your not going to get the job done.

Very helpful-Cole was great as he helped explain alot of information about my bike and overall about biking in SCV. I would definitely recommend TREK and I think Cole deserves a raise! Oliver who did the intake of my bike was also very helpful and informative .

Bikes are fantastic but the service is amazing. People are genuinely friendly and caring about the experience. Miles spent a lot of time with my kid trying on different bikes and explaining everything. This is our second trek bike and won’t be the last.
