I've had three bikes over the last 5 years repaired at the local Trek Bicycle Store, two of them were not Trek products. The Technicians that performed all three of the repairs did a great job and I haven't had any issues with my bikes since! The people over at Trek Bicycles are friendly and knowledgeable. Nice to have honest people you can trust and give good advice about what you may or may not need. The store close to my house too, which makes it easy to drop in, when I need something for my bike.

Omar is the best! It was my first time buying a bike and he was very knowledgeable and patient and help me buy two bikes for me and my wife with all the accessories and even offered free delivery to my house. Omar’s a great asset to the team give the man a raise ASAP.

Great selection of products. But, the BEST part of your business is your employees. They really go above and beyond to help and answer all questions and support your customers. They are fantastic ! OMAR was so wonderful and really took his time to help us find the right bike rack that fit our car and our bikes. He explained the pros and cons of each selection and even brought them out to try on the car to see what works best. He was awesome and really went above and beyond to help us. THANK YOU SO MUCH ! Employees like Omar are the reason will will never go anywhere else !

He patiently answered all of my questions and made sure I felt confident and informed throughout the process. There was no pressure—just honest advice and great service.
