Coby and Oliver are the best! I brought my Madone in for a noise when pedaling and they worked diligently on diagnosing the problem. They were able to figure out the issue and worked with various manufactures to get the parts replaced under warranty. So pleased with the service that I have received from Trek Santa Clarita. Makes all the difference to have support from the shop and manufacturer after your purchase. Would never go anywhere else!
