We had an awsome experience. We entered the shop knowing exactly the features we wanted in our bikes and the staff at Trek Santa Clarita delivered. Alrick let us test ride the Trek Verve 2 and we loved it. All of our questions were answered. They were so knowledgeable and helpful that we even bought a bike rack. We would definitely recommend them to our friends.

The store had a good supply of items in stock. There was an associate (Omar) greeting me at the door and offering to help. He was great! There is an offer to install the items I purchased if I bring my bike I too!! That’s awesome!!

I bought a trek fx sports city riding recently and very happy with the purchase. These one endorses patiently to me by one of the sales bike experts Omar very knowledgeable and gave me an awesome advice about the bike and the rides of the specific bike that I tested he even boxed them up for me since I am shipping it out overall great bike and great customer service.
