Great selection of products. But, the BEST part of your business is your employees. They really go above and beyond to help and answer all questions and support your customers. They are fantastic ! OMAR was so wonderful and really took his time to help us find the right bike rack that fit our car and our bikes. He explained the pros and cons of each selection and even brought them out to try on the car to see what works best. He was awesome and really went above and beyond to help us. THANK YOU SO MUCH ! Employees like Omar are the reason will will never go anywhere else !

I had a fantastic experience at Trek thanks to Miles! From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find the right e-bike. He patiently answered all of my questions and made sure I felt confident and informed throughout the process. There was no pressure—just honest advice and great service. Omar was extremely helpful and went above-and-beyond in prepping my bike, it's accessories and trunk rack. He is highly knowledgeable and made sure I had all of the tools/information to get started after years off a bike. I'd recommend him and Trek Santa Clarita without reservations.

Products are Excellent ! TREK is one of the best brand in Bicycle industry ! I bought an e bike “ RAIL 7 Gen3 ! And so happy about my purchase ! The service and attention to details is second to none ! I was assisted by “ OMAR “! He is Superb ! Displays good communication ! Was able to elaborate the pros of the above e bike !
