Although the Trek brand is well known in the cycling world, it’s the people behind the counter that make it happen. The associate Omar which helped me, is very knowledgeable and understood my needs. Great customer service!

If you want great service, go to this location. Everyone there is very welcoming, and Omar is the greatest!! We needed an eBike rack and he was very knowledgeable on everything bike related. He set us up with the perfect bike rack and we love it!! He made us lifelong customers!

I need to replace the rear rim for a 7-speed road bike and turned out that, at least for the TREK providers, those rims are no longer in used. While this is disappointing for me, I believe that the technician did his job of researching the part and for that professional level of service, I am greatful.
