I have always found the service and attitude of everyone at the Santa Rosa TREK store to be exemplary and yesterday was a great example of that. I asked Phil whether he thought that my bike tire could be repaired or replaced in time for me to go on a ride today. He checked with h the team and they said yes. His goal was to try to find a way to repair rather than replace the tire--if possible-- as he believed that the tire had way more mileage to go before it would need to be replaced. Within 20 minutes, he called and said that the test worked (it held air) and they had already added more fluid (tubeless tire), and it was ready to go. I had stopped at a hardware store near the TREK store and went back and picked up my bike. Phil and Eli fixed the bike--saving me money I was prepared to spend (if the tire needed replacing) and I enjoyed a great ride on it today....

Staff is always so helpful and pragmatic. There isn't a lot of aggressive selling and the team members are clearly passionate about cycling and the brand!

I was vacationing in the Russian River Valley. I blew out a tire while on my road bike. I called Trek, who had the exact tire I needed in the right size. They were able to replace my tire right away. I was in the Trek store for less than 20 minutes. Superb service!!!

The guys here are always friendly and helpful. Purchased a great bike earlier this year and the salesman we worked with was very knowledgeable and patient. Showed us all the options and fitted the selected bike with some necessary tweaks. Matthew helped me order a replacement strap for a bike light and although a small incidental purchase, he followed through and let me know when this special order came in. This Trek Bike store get 5 stars from me.

Really appreciate everyone there. Phil is always great and such a pleasure to work with. Matthew helped me tons in deciding on a new gravel bike versus a road bike... incredibly patient and helpful with all my questions, concerns and fine tuning. Juaquin (is that the spelling?) was great on the phone one day when I called with a question. You have a great team!

Quick and efficient! I really liked that I could reserve the bike online without paying, so that I didn’t have to worry about the bike being sold but also didn’t have to financially commit until I saw it.
