Joaquin was wonderful! He moved my bike pack, bell, and seat from my old bike to my new bike, mounted a water holder on the new bike, and explained the need for a new, safer helmet. He also patiently adjusted the bike seat so that it was the proper height and tilt for me. I never felt rushed or pushed into buying the bike or the bike accessories. Thank you, Joaquin for a most pleasant bike-purchasing experience!
