Solid bikes, although my electric bike has some issues with the electrical connections. Also complex to repair by myself. The service is what shines. I have been to 3 different shops in California and always have been pleased with the service and the staff's helpfulness.

Trek Santa Rosa took care of me and my bike. The mechanics name is Ely. He shared with me how he's the proud owner of a BMC hardtail mountain bike. The same one I have AL5. The upgrades they installed were super sweet. New KMC oil slick chain, 11-51 rear cassette, rear derailleur to accommodate the Big Cog energy. My bike was well taken care of and I appreciate the camaraderie.

I always trust that Matthew and his team are going to take excellent care of me, and more importantly, my bike. I do confess that I wish you could schedule service appointments with them, but if that’s my biggest complaint I’ll survive. The most important thing is my bike is always up for my commute to work. Considering how horrible driving in Santa Rosa is, being able to go by bike is a huge stress reliever. Thank you 😊 Nadine

Top Rate! I had a Level 2 Service Package completed on my Electra Townie ebike. Mathew and team did a great job on the service work and identifying parts in need of replacement. The only delay was waiting for a headset replacement part. My bike rides like new and I'm set for the riding season. I highly recommend Trek, Santa Rosa for parts and service.

Just had a winter tune up during the “winter special”, and although it took longer than I thought due to parts ordering, it feels like a brand new bike, They helped me reload it on to the car rack. Always friendly service.
