I really like Phil at the Santa Rosa store. I went there over the weekend to purchase a bike. Phil spent a lot of time explaining features and getting me properly fitted, working within my budget and getting me out the door the same day. He offered up some great bike accessories including a lock and theft prevention devices. Really loved the experience and the bike itself, also wonderful. Any day you get a new bike is a great day. I love Trek.
