I had a lot that needed to be done for my bike. Luckily, Terk Bike had not been far. John, the owner, had helped me and my grandfather quite well. They were so kind and caring. I left with a new bike after trying a few bikes to see what worked for me. The prices were fair since they put a lot of love in every bike they create. Besides, I had been happy to get my new bike. So, thanks to them, I got to donate my old bike and bring home a new one.

This is a beautiful store! The sales floor is clean, well designed and presented; a great selection of products and bikes of all kinds, from city cruisers to e-bikes to road racing machines. I got the help and advice I needed and took advantage of 2 amazing sales on shoes and helmets.

I never bought a bicycle of such caliber and the process was amazing! Very knowledgeable and patient i literally tried at least 4 bikes everytime John had to take time to prep them and understood my needs 100%. Definitely recommend even though many of my friends already go there.
