Andrew was awesome- he went above and beyond when another store failed us. We will drive past other stores to go to this store because of the great advice and customer service! They educated us and did not try to sell us stuff we did not need. He updated our ebikes that had not been updated from the factory! This should have been done before we received them!

My wife and I had an unexpected problem with the front/captain crank on our Co-Motion tandem. I rushed the bike to this shop, met them when they opened the doors that morning, and they were able to get the bike put back together and fixed up by mid afternoon so we could ride the next day. Their employees were super helpful and knowledgeable. We really appreciated their efforts.
