My wife and I had an unexpected problem with the front/captain crank on our Co-Motion tandem. I rushed the bike to this shop, met them when they opened the doors that morning, and they were able to get the bike put back together and fixed up by mid afternoon so we could ride the next day. Their employees were super helpful and knowledgeable. We really appreciated their efforts.

I always love visiting the Trek bike shop. I've always been treated with nothing but respect and the men are very friendly. They really know their stuff! Caiden fixed my bicycle seat before he even took it back to fix the rest of it! I am so grateful! I always tell all my friends where I get the best services from. I used to go to another bike shop that was closer but they didn't do the job half as well as the gentleman at the Trek bike shop. It's the only place I go now to have my bicycles serviced.
