Visiting your shop was an outstanding experience. The team was incredibly helpful in guiding me through helmet options and made the process of test riding a couple of e-bikes easy and enjoyable. I also appreciated seeing how attentively they supported other customers. The customer experience was a solid 10/10.
The associates are all so friendly and informative. They explained what my bike needed and what it would cost. They always help me bring in my bike as well as load it. I have purchased 5 bikes plus 4 bikes for my grandchildren from Shawnee Trek. I have recommended them many times and will continue to recommend them.

I had a flat tire. It was repaired quickly even though the store was short handed. More importantly when I asked about a tune up, they did a quick check and said I didn’t need it. I really appreciate when a business has a chance to oversell me, and they don’t. It will make me a repeat customer.

Really appreciate the quick ccustomer support even when the store was obviously busy. Just gave me a chance to look at some of the bike stock. Brought both my Trek Mtn bikes in for tune ups. The one that had never anything done needed more attention and the mechanic that checked me in was very helpful with recommendations of treatment. Really cleaned it up nice and it is shifting even better then I realized it needed. My other bike was just over a year old and I had not put many miles on it. So it needed less attention. Fun store and other customers seemed happy about the support they were recieving.
