I like the automatic door when you walk in. I like the people who are friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. I like the complimentary coffee. I like how they put the bike on the rack behind the counter so I could consult with them, unlike some places that take your bike behind the scenes and don't work on it in front of you. I like the supply of new bikes to look at. They completed my bike's service in a day! I like that they texted me and emailed me. They have good communication. It was a great experience!

I needed a new tube for one of my road bicycle tires, the tech did it while we waited (despite needing new tires). So reasonable and extremely welcoming. Not high pressure. She just recommended new tires next spring. We will definitely be back and recommend!
