I was so happy with both the service and products. Marybeth was so helpful and was able to help me out in assembling my bike within a short period of time. That allowed me to get in some riding asap. So very much appreciated! Of course, before leaving I took advantage of a great sale they had on for bike clothing which was an extra bonus. šŸ˜Š

The person who helped me was kind, especially when he found out I am new to the sport and feeling intimidated getting started. He showed me around and also gave me info on training groups that I could get involved in. I wish that I'd had more time to talk with him. I will certainly be back.

Quality bikes that have performed well for us for years. Like having a local store we can go to if needed, or buy more bikes from. With this last purchase I have now bought six e-bikes from Trek Shawnee. And the staff at the store has been great to work with. Yes, quality stuff is a little pricey, but I've found it all to be worth it.

I appreciated the wonderful service I received from the technician who helped me determine if I needed a new tire or just more sealant. I asked about how to get dried sealant off the carbon frame and she started cleaning it with the bike wash, which I immediately bought! Great service!

I went in for a bike fit with Dean. Iā€™ve had bike fits before, but this one was by far the most thorough. Dean was attentive, knowledgeable, and really took the time to listen. I had been dealing with pain in my left knee, and since the fit, the discomfort has noticeably subsided. Highly recommend!ā€
