Marybeth was wonderful to work with. I had an old tri bike that had been sitting unused for years and she was wonderful on the suggestions of what was best for the tune up. When I picked up the bike, it was so great and made me want to immediately go take a ride. Very friendly and helpful!

The team at Trek Shawnee went out of their way to source a bike model and color from another Trek store. Especially Grayson and James. I very much appreciated all the extra effort they put into meeting my needs/request, and have definitely earned my loyalty.
