I brought oir grandson’s bike in to get answers for some questions. I was taken back to the service department where I was immediately helped. The technician answered my questions and made a couple of adjustments at NO CHARGE. We bought some new grips for the bike and the technician explained how to get the old ones off and the tricks for getting the new ones on. Delivered the bike to our grandson and he was ecstatic. He balked at getting off and coming in for dinner. I only wish that he could have been at the Trek store to observe the service we received. Ed

I have shopped at Trek Bikes Shawnee for ten years. During that span of time, the store has been fully stocked with every needed product. The staff are very knowledgeable about every aspect of cycling and bikes and very willing to chat about cycling subjects if not involved with customers. The technicians are the best, I believe, in the KC area. They spend extra time discussing servicing needs and really do a great job on my bikes. Really a great store!

Kris at the Shawnee/Merriam Trek store was fantastic. He did a great job helping us know which bike is the best for the style of riding. Helped us understand about colors and options. There was no pressure and a ton of support and help. We are buying another bike directly because of his help.
