The service and staff is top notch and 2nd to none. It is frustrating however to have a TREK bike that is never ridden have a default that would cause a flat tire every few times it gets used. 6 flat repairs later I could've almost paid for another TREK bike.

I was very appreciative of the service I received. I absolutely love my new Trek e-bike. I did a 26 mile bike ride the day after I picked up my bike and loved every minute of it!

Purchased a new Trek bike for my 10 year old grandson. His previous bike (not a Trek) gears broke and couldn’t be repaired. Now Trek has a great warranty and service. He loves his new bike, very cool looking! Grandpa does too!
