I love the maintenance and repair service. They don't make you feel small for asking novice questions and will offer good advice.
If they can they will do the repair straight away.
Just bought a Gen 8 Madone SLR 7. Prior to that had Gen 6 same spec ref. The difference is noticeable and what a great bike the Gen 8 is. Quicker, more comfortable a step change in performance.

Great service from Harry in the ordering team, also ordering quad lock clips and cases for my mobile phone to ensure the hyena app works to its maximum and to help with navigation.
On collection day Rich made it a very pleasant experience patiently and expertly fitting a few personal items to the frame, pairing the app with the bike
And making sure the fit was brilliant in terms of saddle positioning, et cetera 😊
