The main thing that I liked about my visit to Trek cycles was the easy access to the shop and the amount of car parking. Far to many cycle shops that are worth a visit are situated in city centres, with little or no parking. This is fine if you want to cycle to these shops, but it's not always possible. Trek is in a large shopping complex and wins hands down for visitabilty. It's fair to say it's a bit of a drive to get there, but we'll worth it.

I love the maintenance and repair service. They don't make you feel small for asking novice questions and will offer good advice. If they can they will do the repair straight away.

Just bought a Gen 8 Madone SLR 7. Prior to that had Gen 6 same spec ref. The difference is noticeable and what a great bike the Gen 8 is. Quicker, more comfortable a step change in performance. Big shout out to Harry and Linford at Trek Fox Valley. They really did help me with my decision making and very knowledgeable about the bikes. Thanks to both of you.

I am very thrilled with my TREK FX2 + Great service from Harry in the ordering team, also ordering quad lock clips and cases for my mobile phone to ensure the hyena app works to its maximum and to help with navigation. On collection day Rich made it a very pleasant experience patiently and expertly fitting a few personal items to the frame, pairing the app with the bike And making sure the fit was brilliant in terms of saddle positioning, et cetera šŸ˜Š Everyone in the store has a very nice manner, a great team
