I love the fact that everything about your shop oozes quality and professionalism. I wanted to buy a new bike and was advised before i buy to go for a bike fit. That bike fit was independent of the shop entirely. Once the fit was done, the assistant took me through the whole buying process and showed as much enthousiasm before the sale as after the sale. The fact that that shop can service any other bike, whether bought there or not, is a fantastic bonus. I know that it will be done properly.

The main thing that I liked about my visit to Trek cycles was the easy access to the shop and the amount of car parking. Far to many cycle shops that are worth a visit are situated in city centres, with little or no parking. This is fine if you want to cycle to these shops, but it's not always possible. Trek is in a large shopping complex and wins hands down for visitabilty. It's fair to say it's a bit of a drive to get there, but we'll worth it.

I love the maintenance and repair service. They don't make you feel small for asking novice questions and will offer good advice. If they can they will do the repair straight away.

Just bought a Gen 8 Madone SLR 7. Prior to that had Gen 6 same spec ref. The difference is noticeable and what a great bike the Gen 8 is. Quicker, more comfortable a step change in performance. Big shout out to Harry and Linford at Trek Fox Valley. They really did help me with my decision making and very knowledgeable about the bikes. Thanks to both of you.
