It was great the way a member of staff took a few minutes out of a busy work schedule to fix a minor issue with my brake hood - It had worked loose and as my bike has taped up road handlebars I didn't know how to adjust it without disturbing the expensive tape - It meant I didn't have a 2 week wait for it to be dealt with in the workshop and I could enjoy using my bike in the fine weather. Having someone available to deal with quick minor jobs like that is very much appreciated! I was also advised on how to fit new brake pads myself and sold the appropriate sets. Excellent!

Picked up my recently new bike from Trek Shrewsbury,after having a wider set of bars fitted and asking them to change my flat pedal back to spd's (now my right knee is almost pain free) Will who sold me the bike in the 1st place, and then Alice and Pete who helped swap the pedals over, and everybody else involved in helping me at Trek Shrewsbury have been absolutely superb, go in, have a look around,grab a coffee, you won't regret it.

Pete and the team were outstanding throughout the purchase of my Trek Madone SL6 Gen 8. They were helpful and communicative throughout the process, providing updates on the delivery of the bike and the invisiframe kit. I couldn't have wished for a better experience and I will be going back in the future for services and other products. I would completely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Trek, the time given by the team to ensure you are making the right purchase was key to getting the right bike for me. Thank you! I visited the Shrewsbury store and enquired abut a bike purchase. The manager was very knowledgeable and suggested I try a bike he felt would be suitable. I was given a short chat about the bike and told when the store closing time was and asked to return it by then. In other words, I had the bike to try for three hours.... brilliant! The bike clicked with me straight away. I ordered and paid for the bike there and then. I was kept informed at least once a week of the progress of the bikes build by a very pleasant lady over the phone who also answered all my questions with patience and humour. It was delivered on time by the manager to my door. A round trip for him of around 60 miles. The cost of delivery was £NIL. Excellent service. The bike was an E-MTB Firefly 6th Gen costing £5,250. Money well spent.

The team are empowered to make judgement calls which provides a level of customer service that is customised to the customer and makes me feel appreciated. I’d never go anywhere else for anything two wheel related, even though there are plenty of other bike shops closer to me.

5 Stars - Outstanding Service at Trek Shrewsbury! Just picked up a Trek Marlin 5 for my 10-year-old son from Trek Shrewsbury, and the experience was absolutely brilliant. Pete, Will, and Alice were incredible from start to finish—genuinely friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about what they do. They took the time to make sure everything was just right for my son, made him feel really involved and excited, and their knowledge and enthusiasm made the whole process an absolute pleasure. It’s not every day you find a team that makes you feel so welcome and looked after. Huge thanks to Pete, Will, and Alice—you’ve made one young lad very happy and we’ll definitely be back again. Couldn’t recommend Trek Shrewsbury enough!
