I visited the Shrewsbury store and enquired abut a bike purchase. The manager was very knowledgeable and suggested I try a bike he felt would be suitable. I was given a short chat about the bike and told when the store closing time was and asked to return it by then. In other words, I had the bike to try for three hours.... brilliant! The bike clicked with me straight away. I ordered and paid for the bike there and then. I was kept informed at least once a week of the progress of the bikes build by a very pleasant lady over the phone who also answered all my questions with patience and humour. It was delivered on time by the manager to my door. A round trip for him of around 60 miles. The cost of delivery was £NIL. Excellent service. The bike was an E-MTB Firefly 6th Gen costing £5,250. Money well spent.

The team are empowered to make judgement calls which provides a level of customer service that is customised to the customer and makes me feel appreciated. I’d never go anywhere else for anything two wheel related, even though there are plenty of other bike shops closer to me.

5 Stars - Outstanding Service at Trek Shrewsbury! Just picked up a Trek Marlin 5 for my 10-year-old son from Trek Shrewsbury, and the experience was absolutely brilliant. Pete, Will, and Alice were incredible from start to finish—genuinely friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about what they do. They took the time to make sure everything was just right for my son, made him feel really involved and excited, and their knowledge and enthusiasm made the whole process an absolute pleasure. It’s not every day you find a team that makes you feel so welcome and looked after. Huge thanks to Pete, Will, and Alice—you’ve made one young lad very happy and we’ll definitely be back again. Couldn’t recommend Trek Shrewsbury enough!

I love the fact that you have a store near me where I can look at and try out bikes I’m interested in. I also like the fact there are helpful staff within the store who can help advise me without feeling pressurised to buy. And finally I love the fact that I am easily able to pop my bike back to the store for adjustments/services when needed.

I've always bought Trek bikes but this was the first time going in to a shop and I'm glad I did. The team in Shrewsbury were outstanding. We were stuck between two bikes for my son and they ordered both in to store so we could see them and he could ride them, there was never any pressure to buy anything and we ended up leaving with a cracking deal and one happy lad. We also got my wife her first Trek a sturdy Marlin 5 which for the money has some great kit on it. Again the Shrewsbury team especially Will offered there expertise and helped us get the right bikes. We will definitly be back in store for my daughter and when we need upgrades
