You stock a good range of high quality products, that I might be interested in. However, what has stood out for me on the (increasing) occasions I have contacted you (remotely or visiting your premises), is the quality of customer service. Your people make me feel as though all that motivates them, is to help me understand what products are available ‘out there’, which of them might best meet my needs, how I can best fulfil my need, without the slightest pressure to go for a particular product or service, or, when I have decided, to purchase from yourselves. I have another cycle shop closer to home which is my ‘usual, and they are as good, but they stock different brands, and have a different emphasis. I came to you for a Brompton, I purchased a Brompton G-line electric direct from Brompton (after trailing with yourselves and on your advice) and had it delivered to you for assembly etc. You went through considerable efforts to overcome a problem that required multiple engagements with Brompton, which resulted in a slightly delayed, but perfectly readied bicycle. You did not raise a charge because of the delay I had suffered. I feel as good about you as a supplier as is possible, and if you were my ‘local’, I would unreservedly give you my custom, and I recommend you to everyone who might be interested in your products - again without reservation.

It was great the way a member of staff took a few minutes out of a busy work schedule to fix a minor issue with my brake hood - It had worked loose and as my bike has taped up road handlebars I didn't know how to adjust it without disturbing the expensive tape - It meant I didn't have a 2 week wait for it to be dealt with in the workshop and I could enjoy using my bike in the fine weather. Having someone available to deal with quick minor jobs like that is very much appreciated! I was also advised on how to fit new brake pads myself and sold the appropriate sets. Excellent!

Picked up my recently new bike from Trek Shrewsbury,after having a wider set of bars fitted and asking them to change my flat pedal back to spd's (now my right knee is almost pain free) Will who sold me the bike in the 1st place, and then Alice and Pete who helped swap the pedals over, and everybody else involved in helping me at Trek Shrewsbury have been absolutely superb, go in, have a look around,grab a coffee, you won't regret it.

Pete and the team were outstanding throughout the purchase of my Trek Madone SL6 Gen 8.
They were helpful and communicative throughout the process, providing updates on the delivery of the bike and the invisiframe kit.
I couldn't have wished for a better experience and I will be going back in the future for services and other products.
I would completely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Trek, the time given by the team to ensure you are making the right purchase was key to getting the right bike for me.
