The service I received was second to none. Very friendly staff. Maneth and Lee are very knowledgeable about bikes and explained the right options for us. I bought my bike from Trek Shrewsbury 3 years ago. Great customer service and they helped me choose a bike that I needed not what I wanted (did I really need an expensive Madone carbon road bike for my 20 mile commute to work or would the all round aluminium frame Domane with panniers be better for me? I opted for the Domane with mud guards and panniers, far more sensible). It went for a service in mid May. I was told it would be about two weeks. After a week I got a message, the bike was ready. Nice and clean, bearings replaced, chain replaced, new bar tape, a couple of new brackets on the mud guards. I can't fault the service. It's more expensive than some places, but you get what you pay for. Buy cheap, buy twice. It's ready for the next 3000 miles now. Overall, very happy.

Great service from these guys in store. From initial discussions with Fred about anything from bikes to surfing, and ordering the bikes from Pete who thoroughly explained the spec, sizing, accessories and ordering process. I had a small issue on collection which needed to go back to the workshop for adjustment, but Pete couldn’t have been more prompt and genuinely committed to resolving, 5 star service received. I was pleased to experience the same level of service in aftercare as I had with the initial sale. These guys certainly take a great deal of pride in the work they do. Thanks to the workshop and all who I’ve spoken to and have helped with my order. I wouldn’t have any hesitation in placing my trust again in Trek Bicycle Shrewsbury store, and particularly appreciate the support post sales. I’ll see you for the complimentary service in six months time. All the best.
